How do I understand / figure out the time complexity of an algorithm quickly?
I have trouble seeing what algorithms do by reading them. Is there any trick to doing this?

Hear me out. IMO people often turn up Agents because models in their own army do the same stuff better, and don't play the army as a whole because it's not great rn. Agents sorta lack stopping power and taking anything but assassins in other armies are often not viable. Instead of just buffing everything, the entire army should be composed of models with the wildest abilities in the game to make up for it. They don't necessarily need to be broken; they could suck, but because of how out-there the abilities are people might still take them, ensuing shenanigans.
For example:
A character (Navigator maybe) could move other models some distance, like the Navigator in Forbidden Desert (if anyone here has played it)
Grey Knights teleport shenanigans / genestealer ambush tomfoolery
One of the old editions let you save points mid-game - maybe something like that?
Really, the abilities should be things that, if you heard about it, you'd think it's not a real ability. It'd make the entire faction more interesting. Again, I'm a Custodes player, so I'm not super invested in Agents, but a friend of mine plays them and I was wondering what you'd think about these changes.
I've been going through many of the best of all time sitcoms and I just finished 30 Rock. Any ideas for what I should see next? I'm especially looking for classic shows pre-Seinfeld (just to get a broad range of what sitcoms are/were like). I don't mind how old they are, as long as I can still watch them online, ideally with no paywall (no innuendo intended).
I've seen:
The Office (US)
B99
Parks & Rec
Community
The Good Place
Superstore
Seinfeld
Resident Alien (first 2 seasons) (also I know this isn't a greatest of all time, but I've still seen it)
Then for ongoing ones, I'm following Ghosts US and St. Denis Medical.
They have two squads of 10 termagants, barbgaunts, leapers, a prime and a psychophage round 1. We have four models. I have no idea how to hold any objectives or kill the phage - i'm playing a game in a few days. Any ideas / experience / thoughts?
I'm about to apply for university and I'm torn between taking industrial design and mechatronics (essentially robotics, as I've heard). If there are any industrial designers in here as well, what are the big differences, and would you take ID today? I'm a lot better at math, physics and software development than creative subjects, but I'm heavily invested in both, especially coming up with new solutions to problems and (most importantly) getting to create actual objects that people use.

Bonus points for other stupidly nicknamed rules for any faction. e.g. ’Too Angry To Die’ for the stand back up rules.
tell me please
I have many spears (and axes, swords, plumes etc,) that break. how repair???
(Also, I find it ironic that some of the strongest infantry in the lore are some of the most fragile models irl. like a sixth of all my models have some weapon damage )
they don’t have a points cost in the warhammer community pdf online. are they just free (1 unit with it per army)?
pls
I’ve only had it for a year and a half :(
mission 9 (dmc3) and I only have 2
blorbs. am I supposed to have more blorbs ?????
