Anyone else have a old injury on the same area? Self diagnosed LS

I have asked for a doctor's appointment soon as until recently I never heard of LS and now I think I definitely have it after reading symptoms. Reason why I never bothered to find help before was I had accident before that left me a scar there which I thought was the root cause (I was very young and fell on a stool)

Just wondering if anyone else had the same issue and maybe it is related/ caused it?

Any UK large dog bed recommendations? Anyone tried barker & bray or omlet? Preferably orthopedic

Online has been suggesting Barker and bray orthopedic beds are the best yet I have never heard anything about them?

Omlet ones also not heard anything but they look good to me!

Budget is £100-200 preferably though will upgrade later on if we can't get what's recommended

Adopting rescue. Okay to leave for a weekend while my partner stays home?

We expect him to arrive around 24th September. I live with my partner but I will be his main caregiver e.g. walks ect as I work from home. I am away on the 2nd -4th October but my partner will be home

I'm just wondering if you think it's okay or if we should delay his arrival date. I don't want to stress him out or anything especially during the first 3 weeks.

I keep getting a rash in the same area? Left wrist

I know people are going to say allergies but I really doubt it

Basically been happening the last few months now, about 6 times, but I keep getting a rash on my left wrist. It blisters and stays for a few days and then goes away but it keeps coming back on the same wrist and it's so itchy! Any idea what it might be/ could it be something that's not allergies?

I doubt it's allergies because I haven't eaten anything new, I don't use any new skincare or body wash. I don't use body cream or perfume. Perfume I do have but I hardly use it and haven't used it this month and right now I have a rash. I'm right handed too so its not my watch or anything

Will closing a credit card help me get better approvals as I have too many? Not sure why approval is so low

I have quite a good wage, not the amazing but getting by. Only 14% utilisation on my credit cards, no late payments, however I do have 4 credit cards...

I wanted to apply for a new 0% spending account as one of my cards 0% rate is ending soon but when I went to check my eligibility on Money saving expert I was only most likely to be approved for a Tesco card (90% approval rate)

Is the fact I have too many cards the reason and will closing 1 help?

Thanks

Spotify whale sounds, YouTube is so much better

Been using music to help my sleep lately. It doesn't work but it's nice. I was first using piano and now onto whale sounds... Anyway both times round wonderful 8hr videos on YouTube and then would try and find similar on spotify. But why is the Spotify playlists for these so awful!? The ones on YouTube are so calming and soft,

I've been having to use YouTube and turn my phone face down instead lol

Anyway, I just want to complain tbh but anyone got recommendations?

Málaga and torremolinos food recommendations and cost? Where to avoid tourist spots

I want to make sure I avoid the tourist areas if you can let me know the streets or areas to avoid!

Also where to eat for a good price! Average price for a meal?

Also a random question but do most places have air con? I just realised I'm going at the peak summer where most people leave the city as it's too hot

Anyone got a pattern or know how to make this part of a a dress?

The material for the sides, would it be a circular or rectangular shape and then folded on top of itself?

Bad sleep for 15yrs, starting to really affect me as an adult. Any recommendations?

I've always had sleep issues since teenage years. First it was insomnia, that went away and now it's not insomnia but I basically either can't fall asleep or I don't get any deep sleep, it's like I feel awake or half asleep.

I keep waking up in the night which makes me pee every time. I've tried magnesium with no luck. I don't drink caffeine, I don't drink much liquids ( I only pee if I am awake!) I don't drink alcohol pretty much ever

Has anyone had the same issue solved and what helped?

B5 Light squared grid notebook? No spiral, please help recommend

Hi

I'm struggling to find the perfect notebook for work! The light squared paper in a Midori MD looks perfect but no B5 size I believe.

B5 is a definite. Rather no spiral so I can put it in my laptop bag but not a big deal if it is I suppose. I do like quality paper, hate transparent paper

I am a beginner woodworker and I want to make this chair... It's beautiful! I just can't seem to understand how the chair back was attached. I don't see any screw holes, do you think it was maybe a dowel and glue joints on the sides?

Any advice or opinions appreciated
