What are foods that are good for your metabolism? Ive been eating pretty healthy but right now Im not loosing any weight because my metabolism is too slow. Please help. Im exercising 3 times a week.

Hi im 27 and I was playing a Pokemon game I borrowed from a friend when I was like 10 (2008). I just cant find what edition it was.
It was a Nintendo DS game and I only remember little things about that game. Like that you could prepare food for your pokemons to heal them I think(?) and when you were a bit further in the game you were like under the ground and there was slime everywhere.
I started playing platinum and diamond but it was neither of them. Please help me. It was such a part of my childhood.

So for me it was a really weird story. Very Korn like. When I was 14 (Im 27 now) my neighbour who was a huge metalhead put on a big white Korn sticker all over his window. It was just this band symbol written like this → koяn
I was curious and wondered what kind of band it was but then I was like well its probably dad rock anyway. Years later, and I mean until I was 21 I never listened to Korn. Until a friend showed me the song Twisted Transistor I was like dude this song sounds so familiar. Thats when I got hooked.
Now when Im listening to Korn its like Im 14 again staring at my neighbours window.
