Tonsiloctomy and septoplasty ( mild heamophilia hazard)

So i live in a very backward place and we don't have any hemophilia centre whatsoever ( can't travel to any major city because of dangerous highways)

I've been dealing with throat bleeding for 5 months now like a wake up at night randomly and have to see my pillow stained with blood or my throat hurting severely etc etc

Now what do i do my factors aren't dangerously low (30%)

I have to get both a septoplasty and tonsillectomy alongside sinus drainage but I'm confused if i can even get it where i live due to how dangerous tonsiloctomy is

What should i do who should i contact to possibly get factors delivered to me via welfare??

No hematology centre or hematologist in my city I'm very worried

So i belong to a very secluded part of Pakistan ( the nearest city with any tertiary healthcare is 600 kms away and it's extremely dangerous to travel) where i currently reside has no hematologists whatsoever, how do i register myself somehow to receive emergency factors if needed during emergencies

I have a severe B12 deficiency which causes me to have stomach ulcers sometimes which bleed out and i have a lot of burning due to the blood getting dissolved in my stomach

I also am prescribed to have tonsiloctomy and septoplasty due to throat and nose issues that are exponentially getting worseee

I'm mildly heamophilic 20%

Doctors here are very irrational and usually end up giving me nsaids for stuff which cause more issues

What should i do please recommend something.

How do i make a card to keep in my pocket that also is one of my questions

My journey is over before it even started 💔

I got in on merit

I have lifelong medical issues that need medical assistance sometimes

I'm from one of the farthest places in Pakistan

Had to take a life on the line risk by opting for external hostel for noww just because i wanted to study

And i got seriously sick within the first few days and now my parents are forcing me to go back home and there's not even one properly functional university there.

It was so harmful and cruel to not give me a hostel when i deserved it on serious medical grounds I'll never forget and forgive this

To whoever this LLB seat will go now i wish you the best and i hope you do the best amongst all in law school

Need help regarding something plzzzz guide me

I emailed DD hostel that i have long term medical issues and requested them over email to give me an internal hostel as it's unsafe for me to be at commercial external hostels, they didn't do anything 😭 man I'm so disappointed

But now I'm confused as hell if I go to him in person and literally hands down request him can he potentially give me a priority hostel due to my health issue

I got selected in the 3rd list and i am from really afar ( central balochistan)

HEC making 3 credit hours of AI mandatory

Guys what's ur opinion on HEC deciding it's time to make AI a mandatory 3 credit hour course for everyone ( all degrees)

I know it will be beneficial to all but it's really going to be a pain to adjust with when you already have 18 credit hours averaging per semester how's it gonna work out.

Can health issues make an exemption?

Sooo I've been seen many people say that Freshers get triseaters with community bathrooms only but what if an incoming student shows certified health issues and a doctor requesting the university to provide an attached bathroom room because of emergency requirements? will the university possibly facilitate the student or the rule of triseater with attached bathroom is a rule that they don't change no matter what the scenario is?

How is nust law school doing now?

I saw old posts 1-2 yr old saying it's not at its best but will improve a lot in the year to come

I just wanted to ask if it actually did improve marginally in these 2-3 years

It has turned into something very confusing

So my tonsils are getting aggressively worse , i get strep throat 3-4 times a month ( used to be once every 6-8 months) .

Surgery has become inevitable now.

First thing is that i have heamophilia A and factors are very expensive and my parents have to pay almost all of their annual salary or more ( i live in Pakistan)

The city where my surgery will happen is very hot till November etc

My undergraduate studies start from September so I'll be required in the university to attend starting orientations etc

The best my parents can guess is that they'll be willing to do the surgery in December

Question 1. Howw many weeks does it take to safely recover from tonsillectomy as a heamophilia patient up to a level that i can go back to living alone in a hostel safely???

Question 2 . I live in a very cold place will that make it worse for me to rehabilitate? Especially in December when it's almost 0% humidity and negative temperatures on a super high altitude of above 5500 feet.

I want to apply as an international student but I'm completely clueless

So i want to apply for international relations or political science and i have no idea where i should apply in the US

I belong to a very very extremely underprivileged part of Pakistan literally 80% of the people don't have internet and 50%+ never went to school so it was very hard for me to come so far so my distance covered to achieve all of this is very high.

i will need a full ride to afford higher education

my extra curriculars and awards are

Foreign exchange student at the age of 16

Earned honorary international citizenship from the mayor of toledo.

Completed 70+ hours of U.S. State Department-verified international volunteer work.

Completed 45+ hours of national volunteer work.

Won 3 UNICEF-sponsored MUNs.

Ranked 2nd best representative internationally at International Education Week.

Collaborated with an international city's mayor and fire department.

Assisted with 2 PhD research papers.

Currently preparing an original paper for publication( on law warfare or space laws)

Won a city-level astronomy quiz organized by SUPARCO.( Space agency of Pakistan)

Maintained honors status at an American high school.

Participated in professional wrestling

I've got around 80% grade in my local schooling

3.7 gpa in American highschool

1550 sat and im planning to improve

My parents earn a combined income of 10k dollars per year and they have 6 people dependent on them

How do i get rid of this insane overthinking issue now

So I'm heamophilia mild fortunately growing up i never really thought much about it ( i was undiagnosed until i was 10 years old and my grandma used to give me ibuprofen for leg pain every day after i used to play so u can guess already hoowwww terrible of a situation i was in )

But now luckily things have smoothly went I'm 18 and completely aware and cautious of my condition ,

But the real issue right now is that I've started to be very stressed about a lot of things especially health and academic stuff very stressed ( to an extent that i had a minor heart attack due to high bp on the 2nd of July) .

I know as a young teenager i shouldn't be taking much stress but I'm getting scared now.

First of all my tonsils are in a really awful shape rn to an extent I've got bad tonsils 9 times in 2 months and surgery is becoming inevitable ( i live in a very underprivileged part of Pakistan where finding factors is very hard and even if found 3 factor replacement injections alone cost my parents annual income which is even stressing me more and i feel sorry for my parents and what they have to bear because of me ) .

I also have ulcers issues due to which all of a sudden sometimes my gastric ulcers start to bleed and due to its acidity i have a really hard time every few days going around living normally.

What do i do how do i diminish this stress i thought maybe someone else has gone through something similar in their teenage or young life and has some thoughts of wisdom and advice to share
