Intrusive images?

I get these all the time, but (of course!) I'm worried they're not ocd, but something else. Can you drop what kindbof images you experience and how often, if you're comfortable?

TIA

Possible seizures?

I'm under the care of a neurologist and I know n9one can diagnose via internet (!) but I'd love to hear some thoughts from anyone who's experienced anything like this.

TIA!

40F. Not on any meds. Lifelong physical, medical, social and emotional trauma, but the symptoms I describe below occurred after a major traumatic event and are ongoing.

This happens a lot during the day, but most often at night when I'm trying to sleep. I will have the sensation of almost physically entering the surrounding background noise. I can only describe it as extreme disocciation or a seizure-like episode (?). Sometimes I'll realise I've been in bed for hours, neither awake nor asleep, but in this kind of "half-there" state. The sensation of "entering" sounds is abnormal and scary.

What's going on? Which meds, if any, may help?

TIA.

Anything from my Mum?

Pls and thank you. She was one of a kind and we're lost. I don't mean to be low-effort but she was a person of very, very few words.

Thanks so much.

Can anyone swe anything regarding my Mum?

Lost my Mum and seeking a connection if possible. She was surely unique and no one knows what to do without her.

All messages appreciated, thanks so much.

Is this trauma-related dissociation? Or something more serious?

Pain is unbearable, pls help

40F, 167cm, 75kg.

No meds. 18 months duration. Blood work done, all good.

Screaming facial pain, to the point where I'm crying, pacing, or curled up on the floor.

The weird thing is that it seems to move. Sometimes it's in my eye sockets, sometimes, in my jaw. Sometimes in my cheeks or round my mouth. It honestly feels like it's in the bone, but all scans are ok. Teeth ok.

I cannot get it to stop and it's killing me.

Accompanied by a feeling that the skin on my face is moving / rotating, which is frankly odd and a bit scary.

Celebrex does nothing.

The only thing that works is valium, but I can't take that long-term because it's addictive.

What can I ask the doctor for that may actually work and can be taken.long-term?

What could be causing this?

Pls help, this is a pain I didn't know existed.

When I rub my eyelids, I hear crackling. When I rub my nose, same.

Constant sound of crackling in head / shoulders / neck / nose

40F. 167cm, 75kg.

No meds. 18 month duration.

MRI, CT, PET, EEG all clear. Ears fine. Thyroid fine.

I have a constant sound of crackling in my head, shoulders, neck and nose, especially when I'm lying down.

40F, constant head and neck pressure

15 months of hell, like someone sitting on my head / neck.

Pressure in ears.

Total loss of feeling in hands and feet.

Brain fog, memory issues.

Brain scans negative for stroke, seizures, tumours, lesions, etc.

No issues with my neck. Thyroid good.

No diabetes.

Ferritin was low (17) but now up to 200 after an infusion.

Not on any meds.

Pls help, I'm in hell with no explanation and docs are starting to say it's "all in the mind."

Edited to add: I constantly hear a "crackle" in my head, nose and neck, especially when I lie down. Also some loss of sense of smell.

No head injury.

At the end of my rope with the pain and medical dismissal honestly.

TIA.
