Has anyone here successfully dealt with FREEZE?

Basically complete loss of willpower, fried stress taking capabilities, lots and lots of dreaming for the better but not being able to execute things....a feeling of disconnection from consequences and many more things.

So i personally used to be a very ambitious person but I think I have had a snowball effect with accumulated stress as I reached my twenties.

I had this realisation that my family is fucked beyond repair and the grief about it has been immense. But what's harder is the fact that I am not able to put myself in a safer condition because of being stuck in the freeze.

Someone please share if you've dealt with this.

This person made a post complaining how isolated veganism can make you.

"I just wanna hang with my friends again"

You can see this part of the post in this screenshot, but to summarise, the post was about how they used to spend time with their friends but the interactions slowly became shorter and shorter over time BECAUSE OF FOOD.

I am posting this here so anyone debating with themselves on being a vegan KNOWS the gravity of what they are getting into.

I really hope this person chooses what's better for them because it's not just about having a smaller social circle , but it literally impacts how you see yourself as a person.

Terrible fever is killing me.

I rarely get fever, but got one last night temp ranging from 100°F to 103° F accompanied with cold-cough and body pain.

Who else is dealing with this? I just need some company over here

People who have been perfectionists or hyper-performing and then later crashed into freeze, how do you deal with the identity crisis?

I struggle to believe myself, I can't look at myself in the mirror for long. I hate who I have become.

I used to literally study way too much all the time ever since I was a child. ( One of the reasons why everyone around me called me a mature kid ) Managed to get admission in one of the reputable colleges in my country and moved out. However as soon as I moved out, i found even the very basic things of day to day to be taxing - in a way more that I never ever thought was possible.

I basically had a crashout and have been going in and out of freeze for last 3 years. I even have a life changing opportunity ahead if I can just get myself to be studying hard for the upcoming few months and I'll be able to stop relying on my dysfunctional family financially.

But it's a major collapse of identity and self belief to see myself struggle so much with basic things because functionality is what literally saved my life and that is the only thing I could ever safely rely on. I feel so tired from exhaustion that I don't believe I can give 'my best' into something or have the will power to deal with stress and still be optimistic in day to day life.

Have you experienced something similar? If yes, then how did you turn this around?

The curse 😭

Can't get by the day until & unless I have fried my brain cells with useless stuff from the internet, but still can't get away because I dare not allow breathing room to my brain 😀

I am eating milk block

It's milk. I froze the carton and then the block was revealed.

It tastes good, if you don't like your cold 'desserts' have any sugar. ( Or you can add some before freezing it ).

If you like eating ice, this can be your premium version.

This person's experience of being born and brought up a vegan. No thanks.

The fact that this person still won't recognise that it's absolutely insane and abnormal.

Parmar has so many resources it's so confusing

I had bought Fatman 1st edition 2 months back and now there's new edition out??

And I have seen people reading Parmar's notes + watch course lectures + refer to the pyq series ( which keep coming every year it seems? ) and also some other playlists like Nitto series. There's a new upload everyday on his channel.

This is so confusing.

I like the content of Fatman 1st edition, it's very exam relevant. Please someone first address where can I cover the newly added topics from if I don't want to buy another book? And is coverage in Fatman not comprehensive ( be it any edition ) I mean, is it really needed that I supplement the book with some other videos from Parmar?

Edit: I would appreciate it if someone can just tell me what he himself says about the things which everyone must necessarily cover (including playlists + books etc ).

Last year when I took the SSC exam, I went with OBC.

However for certain reasons this year I want to go with general category application but as I was filling the form for Selection post XIV , my category was automatically filled from my one time registration details and displayed non editable.

Can I really not change now?
