Finished the “Cadians”🐍

Sabotuer Consul is being used as either a chaos Lord or a Master of executions the others left to right are

Legionaires with bolters
“red corsair raiders”
2 x legionnaires melee special weapons

Paints so far

Iron hands silver
Runefang steel
Kroxigore scales

Gotta touch up some of the primer but other than that Im digging these dudes! 😎

Gonna give them some tactical cork mountains to stand on for more presence. But I got their loadouts setup. Going to work on another 5 tonight. I scrapped a combi weapon and grav pistol together to make the Inferno pistol and it worked so well.

I love the technical paint Ive been using because its thick enough to fill in the gaps of the cork board Im using and it helps it not look like cork board, and more like actual terrain on the models. Do these read as flesh tearers? I keep feeling like Im losing the scheme but I am also aware that not every model is going to have the “perfect” paint scheme.

Gonna add some blood for the blood god technical paint after varnishing.

Cork board + paper clips.

Put them each at different elevations to give them a little bit of contrast between each other, while also maintaining a cohesive element.

Not sure about his power fist his sword was broken. And I love power fists/ relic fists. So I figured pop the sword arm off add a power fist and a skull on to it for some “relic” bling then bam… Relic fist

I cant decide on adding the cherub in the second photo or not. What do you guys think?

PS: last photo is of some scout marine snipers Im going to post them. Up on some cork and build some cover terrain around them and use them as eliminators excited for that! Cheers

Used my master of executions head for my dreadnought I also magnetized his body so he can do dreadnought spins!

I got my

first born Scout snipers, terminators, my terminator Captain, and my Attack on black reach captain in from nobleknight.com i reposed some of the terminators and added a power fist and power pack to the AOBR captain who was missing his power pack.

The terminator Captain is currently in a vat of simple green I’m going to strip his and the scout snipers paint.

I was going to paint Blood Ravens but saw the Flesh Tearers paint scheme and Boy do I LOVE TO RIP AND TEAR!

My focus is to have a fully first born flesh tearers army.

I had a spare set of legs in the devastator marines kit that I used to make a custom First Born Captain he is equipped with a power fist and a “master crafted bolter” I used some purity seals from my redemptor dreadnought as a Tabard for him as well.

I have some other models shipping to me soon to help complete this First Born army. The only non first born model will be a spartan tank Im using as a Land Raider. I am Painting these guys up as Blood Ravens😎 what do yall think?

I figured I can just say the Rocket launcher is a “grenade launcher”
Same with the combi weapon.

I was building my Tactical Marines and while making a sergeant I built something unintentionally but still pretty happy about it. Its not spot on but I still love it. Im building these guys so I can use them as Intercessors.

So I had been wrestling with the thought that the dregs (bottom feeders of society) should be ugly and such.

I was thinking maybe a Vampire lord should be rolling with some Vampire thralls instead of dregs. I searched through multiple pages on the warhammer website, I checked Noble knight games, etc

Then I double checked AOS section on the warhammer websites and realized the namarti reavers are a great option for some Vampire thralls. With some kit bashing you could remove their bows and add some swords or dagger.

Does anyone use or have used these models as an undead warband. I was thinking about using them but wanted to know if the scaling is similar to GW stuff I know it doesn’t really matter but I like to have my army cohesive. And make sure there aren’t too many mismatches. Anyway thanks.

I think I’m going to go for mercenaries which faction of mercs do these guys fit?

So I built a Lord Exultant because I really like the model. As well as the tormentors I am using these in my CSM army as chosen and a Chaos Lord. I figured it would he a fun way to use the models legally. And still have some Emperors Children models to use. I am more of a casual player anyway.

What do you guys think?

I finished these guys late at night so Im waiting to give them a matt varnish. But other than that they are finished I also finished a Chaos Lord In Terminator Armor as well as a sorcerer In terminator armor. Will post soon🐍🐍🐍

I had some terminators that I repurposed and recruited into some AL Terminators as well as a chaos lord in terminator armor and a chaos sorcerer in terminator armor.

(SIDE NOTE): the photos of the black painted Terminators are what the models looked like before I stripped their paint. I painted these 2 years ago and I did a really sloppy job.

-the head is a 3D print from GreyTide studios its a space wolf head but the teeth helped with the vampire affect.
