Had a recent spirometry that came back normal, how likely is ALS with a normal spirometry?

It seems like this is the only way we’ll get taken seriously

officially left her a week ago, this has been followed by blocking/unblocking, officially blocked each other on social media now

she has bpd and i came out and told her the truth about how i slept with her and another girl on the same night that we met, we then went on a 6 month relationship afterwards, i feel disgusted that i have hurt her like this but i had to tell her the truth, i also accused her of cheating when she never answered my calls and her story kept switching up like she said that all the guys left together when they never, they left one by one. she blamed it on medication and alcohol and that her phone was on silent while she had a house party with 3 of her guy friends, she denied all the accusations and had a split, i honestly never thought we would went anywhere at the start, i thought it was just a one night stand and then we started falling for each other and then i regretted my actions didn’t want to tell her cause it would of broken us up but i broke up with over the accused cheating situation and then told her the truth

The health care system is broken, he did a neurological exam on me and it clearly wasn’t good but he never mentioned nothing about it
