Cutiderm dressings? Are they any good?

My HS flares are basically limited to my privates, I have literally 1 abscess on my armpits compared to around 10+ on my privates. I've been using pads as impromtu dressings for the time being.

I've bought woxer brand underwear after reading loads od suggestions from this subreddit (I'm from the UK so spending £58 on 3 pairs of boxers and shipping hurt me inside but I want something to help and hopefully these will do the trick), but I also want something to dress the wounds that won't irritate my skin or tug at hairs so much.

I've been using an electric razor to try and keep hair short but avoid nicks, but attempting to do so whilst being overweight causes me to not properly see what I'm doing. The pads have been... uncomfortable. They rip at hairs, do good at absorbing drainage but they're not the greatest at keeping the area sterile and they're quite big and bulky.

I've used cutiderm dressings before and they're very good, but I've never used them on my HS flares or in that area to begin with. Has anyone got any experience with them or can suggest something thats both comfortable and won't rip my hair out? Preferably something available in the UK so I don't have to pay millions for delivery. Thank you! :)

Has anyone been given Lymecyclin? Did it help?

I've been prescribed Lymecyclin for what both me and my doctor agree is HS, no formal diagnosis on medical records yet, but at least I'm finally having my concerns heard.

I haven't started taking it yet but just wondering how everyone else's experiences have been since taking it? It's a 56 day long course so will be taking long term.

Please let me know :)

Progesterone only pill worsening symptoms?

Hi everyone,

I've been on the mini pill for around a year and a half now. My symptoms started last September. I was given the mini pill when diagnosed with PCOS (of course, as it's always the first protocol for doctors to give you birth control for some reason)

I've heard that progestin can actually trigger testosterone related problems, and HS is related to that partially.

Is anyone else on the mini pill or has been on it? Have your symptoms improved or gotten worse since taking it or coming off of it? My symptoms started long after I started taking them so I can't make the comparison and would rather not go off the pill just to test the waters.

Any and all experiences and help is welcome! Thank you!

I've been using her as a mostly dps kind of support while relying on my pylon but still doing manual healing when I have charge

My questions are:
- What perks are the best to use? I usually go for Summer Solstice and Sunburn, but was wondering if the other perks are better
- My average weapon accuracy is 62%, is that okay or should I be working on my aim?
- My average pylon uptime is 47%, is that an okay stat or should I be focusing on placing my pylon in more easy to access places that aren't going to be available to the enemy? I usually place the pylon on off-angles near to the point or on the payload on hybrid maps so my team can retreat and use it when they need to but they don't need to travel TOO far to get to it
- Any tips on making the most of her ult would be amazing!! I've struggled coming across enemy groups clumped together so I usually use my ult on enemy backlines and shoot squishies until they set off a chain reaction with the explosion

I'm a Juno/Anran/Ashe main so I'm very versatile and I'm usually in the backline of my team unless I'm playing Anran. How should I be positioning myself as Illari? Thank you :)
