Is there any accountability anymore?

Leads don't want to provide a schedule or provide status updates when required by the prime owner.

Organization doesnt follow documented business processes or deadlines on monthly report artifacts.

I am one of several PMs on a program and no one holds each other accountable. If somone brings it up they are the jerk about following the correct processes.

Everyone is fake nice and has no small talk in the office. This is at a major construction company.

Is there accountability where you work?

Visiting town and wow these reatraunt/ bar workers seem to hate their job and working around people. Not talking fast food. The places around the main square area.

Bar tender acts miserable they have to get a beer order when place is almost empty. She ignored us for a duration, and saw our beers were empty, to talk to another patron who was obviously their alcoholic friend and then played on her phone. She didn't even serve us the correct brand beer we ordered.

At dinner the waitress gives rude looks like she doesn't want to deal with us and she doesn't even know or care who we might be. This is at one of the nicer places. She turned into a different person when she was around a different table. She obviously knew them. The other tables she acted like she didnt want to be there.

Few guys at once place were overwhelmed with five people at the place. They were more concerned about their few friends coming in and out they would dissappear in the fridge with their friends (who were not workers) for awhile. We could have served ourselves drinks since they were away.

Do the establishment owners know how miserable and unprofessional their workers are? Is this the best they can find to represent their business?

We did not feel welcomed at any of these places. It wasn't us we saw them treat most everyone else like this unless it was their friend(s).

Looking to maybe buy a LSA with Rotax for IFR and Commercial. What LSA do you recommend for around $120k?

Why did Indeed seach function change?

It use to filter jobs as expected and were hundreds of jobs for my niche skill set. I could search by one keyword now it doesn't work. It doesnt keep the " " anymore to search for specific keyword.

Not many employers seem on it anymore.

The rents for similair units are $1,100 delta across the board for similair rentals that are not new builds.

I never seen this large difference before.
