Anyway pretty excited and my bro is getting his, soonish too.

The use of the motorcycle is commuting (Athens/Greece) now and then (also got a 150cc scooter and a YZF-R1 2008) and single trails/ camping at the mountains around the Metropolis.

Edit: Sorted out, finally understood how it works - one vehicle per time.

Was using my vehicle just fine up till now, dismounting and using my store tool to keep it safe while i was roaming the mountains.

At some point i found extra vehicles on enemy camps (that ended up being all red) and i claimed ownership.

Long story sort, i couldnt store my vehicle after that, and ended up remaking one only to not being able to store it again.

While the Backup option is selected, a "Restore" option only is available while i target my sandbike.

Ownership is currently at "2".

Why so much of a convulated system? How do I "fix" it and get back being able to store vehicles?

If you lower the Vendetta, you can run, crouch immensely improving your mobility!

Why is it better than holstering the minigun you say?

Holstering and equipping, takes times until you are ready to fire the minigun.

In contrast, if its lowered, you are ready to fire immediately!

Is it possible to make Z axis as soft as the X and Y, remove the hard snapping center feeling?

I need it to center but atm twisting the Z and either releasing or passing through the center has a very bad feeling, feels like it hits something before moving on.

The price is high (Greece, EU), but i just love the design.

Used to ride a DT-WR200 for commuting and Saturday mountain trails/MX track but thats been close to 30y ago.

Also own a YZFR1 '08 but the way the economy still is, i rarely ride it, plus all my friends have long moved along.

Used yo track alot with the auperbike.

The DRZ will be a commuter (7km roundtrip inside Athens) and maybe some light trails. Im totally out of fit for anything serious 😩

Please , advice me against it. I just shouldn't!

99% GPU utilization, not bottlenecked by the CPU. Levski Hangar. 62-65fps.

Edit: As a side note, it feels "almost" fluid enough to be enjoyable.. 800x600 is the way to go in 2026?

Edit2: The increase in fps from going 4k to 800x600 is 45fps - to - 65fps. Something is VERY VERY wrong here. So with 17.3 times lower pixel count, it only gains 44% more performance. Again, not CPU bottlenecked.

Managed to reach Prestige I, the rank where you are awarded a Golem on completion (i hope).

Thing is, all I did was the Caterpillar mission. Anything less felt subpar in terms of reputation/hr.

Now at Prestige I, the only new mission is one that asks to scan Savrilium and some other Ore.

Savrilium usually requires to activate the Laser and then I guess, if the second ore is easy enough, maybe you can chain-complete it?

Still feels a bit of wishful thinking. Rockbreaker takes typically 1hr-1hr and a half (or up to two) to solo activate the laser.

The mission pays 800k rep.

Caterpillar pays 200k rep.

Why do I feel that the super fast Cat mission overshadows everything?

NGL, having to travel 95GM to get to the mission is not for the feign of heart.

Jokes aside, the distance you have to travel is vast and not accounting the time sink, only large ships can make the trip and back again, severely limiting a new player who probably owns and small starter ship.

I did abandon the mission to reroll but it doesnt always pop right away in the Contracts.

In general i'd say, the missions are within a 50GM radius which is still pretty far, around 10-20gm would make more sense imo.

Edit: The Ironclad doesn't need to refuel much as a side-note ;)

Hello, what's your of location for your Permanent Hangar?

For me and the Org mates, it looks like Levski, mainly for the new missions, Refinery, etc.

I hate Levski with all my heart since the 9800x3d will drop down to 40fps at the Lobby and even lower at the pads.

Another thing i dislike with Levksi, you are left 60km away from the Station, once you exit QT. Thats quite a drag for heavy haulers. Plus, there is always the chance you crash on the asteroid(s).

So whats your plans?

Edit: So far ot looks like NEW BABBAGE leads with Levksi/PPS coming second.

Ngl, i got shocked when I realised the Shiv doesn't use physicalised components.

Was on Amberdeen searching for hand mining nodes when I got an alert that the ship was overheating. First the engines, then the shield.

Went to the engineering terminal and the cooling was way way high , even I did shutdown various systems.

Smelled like a bug. The terminal didn't show any damage or wear but still, since I had a salvaging multitool on me, why not go and see for myself.

The horror when I realised that a brand new Ship doesn't have components i can interact with.

Why, just why?

15weeks later the Prime+Warbrd is ready to get shipped.

One week more and it should be here, its new home, its ONLY home!
