Why does mgmt have such crazy unrealistic expectations? 3.4k truck can not be done in 1.5 hours.

3.4k 6 people. SM told me it shouldn't have taken more than 2 hours. I think he's utterly insane. He wants me to push my team harder. Its not physically possible. I've gotten trucks down to 3-4 hours where as before it was 6- 7 hourz. Still not enough.

Should i buy Avowed?

Huge fan of poe lore. I couldn't run avowed before and i had heard it was mid. I ser its on sale so I'd like to get it. How is it now?

I love wrpgs like morrowind or even skyrim. I like long games im not demanding.

I've never been a fan of action games . Witcher 3 was fun. But i prefer more meat. I'm not a fan of mmorpg side quests. I've heard its not open world and thats ok.

Feels like the game is really difficult. Any advice?

Feels like very few side quests and im broke all the time. Durability goes djwn so fast and repairs are expensive.
