I was looking at the price for a brand new S26 Ultra 256GB, and it’s only $1348. This is from a reputable store.

Samsung retail price is $1848, did S26 Ultra pricing really drop so quickly in just a few months?

The same store is selling brand new iPhone 17 256GB for $1198 (not activated).

So S26 Ultra is only $150 more than base 17. Is this unusual? I know Apple generally has better resale value but these are brand new phones.
