Can’t wait for Harvest Moon 64 mods!

I have big love for this game and alot of nostalgia. But it hasn’t aged particularly well and could use some solid qol updates. Hopefully modders can make my dreams come true.

Would love to hear what some of you would like to see modded. Here are some off the top of my head:

-stackable inventory items like crops
-ability to walk through crops so you can collect the center crop.
-sprinkler system like stardew valley has to water crops
-ability to actually cook the recipes you collect
-animals enter and leave barn on their own
-swap outfits

Went in on a flip with an investor. He wants to buy me out. What’s a fair number to settle on?

Bought the house for 400k. Needs 200k in Reno. Will be worth 800k. My take is 40% of the project. We both put down 8k for earnest money and the rest is a loan. I brought the project to him and hes providing the means to finance it.

My partner wants to buy me out of my 40% share. What would be a fair price to begin negotiations? I realize there’s a lot of missing info here, I’m just looking for a place to start.

First and last time flying this shit airline.

Currently spending 9 plus hours in a Florida airport trying to get home as this shit airline keeps delaying the flights with no courtesy announcements or anything. This is wild. No announcements over the loudspeaker, no emails, just no fucking plane. The attendants, when they are anywhere near have zero idea what’s going on and I’m apparently the only passenger who is confused. Wtf? Everyone is sitting around like this is normal. I feel like I’m going insane.

Anyone play Mario’s Modules 2?

It’s an interesting rom hack. Definitely worth a look. I played it for an hour the other day but the save feature isn’t working. Anyone else have this issue?

Need automatic gate opener options for this gate setup. It’s a 10 foot wide double gate that goes across my driveway. One side needs to go 90 degrees, the other needs to extend to about 150 degrees.

Right now the gate is chain link but could change that to suit an opener. Might go with black rod or something anyway.

Is cook recreation area’s boat ramp free?

Seems like I’m reading conflicting info about this. Theres the day use area, which I’m not referring to, but the boat launch. Is the boat launch free? If not, is there another north Percy priest lake access point that is free?

Wife went from sleeping like the dead, pre baby, to wakes tf up if a feather drops halfway around the world.

I understand that women become more acutely alert to waking up with new kids, but man my wife is driving me insane with waking up at the slightest anything. It’s driving me insane because it’s somehow ALWAYS my fault.

Everything wakes her up now. Baby could be soundly sleeping but if I get up to pee or just roll over, she will guaranteed wake up and go into full meltdown mode about how I don’t care about her sleep. If the baby makes any noise, she’s awake. It’s so bad now I sleep in the spare, and do most nights. Except now she tells me she wants me back in bed. Fuck that, it’s a trap.

I straight up hate the nights now bc if I wake up I’m essentially trapped in whatever position I’m in until I fall back asleep, if I even can.

Would one of these first gens with the V8 be able to pull a 6000 lb boat?

And would you trust it to? It’s pretty much the only reason I would be buying one, to pull a boat to and fro the lake.

Can I hire a nanny to just watch our kid on Saturdays?

My wife and I want independent time from the kid and Saturday would be the best. Would a nanny be possible for like an 8 hour shift maybe three of the 4 Saturdays a month, or do we just need to find a sitter?

The best strat for exploring Ashlands is apparently to run naked with maybe one food item for health and one for stamina.

And just sprint from place to place, exploring the map. Don’t bring weapons or bother fighting, it’s too slow with things spawning out of thin air, so just run like a big pussy. Die every ten minutes so that your stats don’t suffer. Rinse and repeat.

Momzilla

Having recently had our first child, my wife is no longer my wife. She has evolved to Momzilla. Having a 6 month old wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for her constantly trying to knock me down a peg or criticize me. I’m not perfect but I do try, yet everything I do is wrong in her eyes. When I prove to be right she somehow gaslights me into thinking I’m not. Can’t argue with her because every time I do she digs her heals in and explodes. I could have the most logical and sound argument and she’d still find a way to believe she’s right.

Random example: The other day I was strapping the car seat into the back of the car. I had it right. She has to inspect it, because of course her crazy mom hormones make her, and believes it’s too loose. It’s not, but instead of being constructive she goes down a tangent and screams at me that I’m actively trying to endanger our child. This monologue goes on the whole ten minute car ride to the store.

Another example: she wants me to bathe the baby. I agree but I’m in the middle of working and say I’ll do it later. She gets frustrated and spite washes her because I didn’t do it on HER timeline. Mind you, she’s on maternity leave I am not.

This shit snowballs until I shut down and tune her out, and THEN she screams that I don’t listen…

Fuck.

[TOMT] Looking for the name of this synth wave intro song from a defunct podcast.

There’s a video game podcast I use to listen to called ‘Retro Blast (retro gaming podcast)’. Most of the early episodes, including the first episode, had this amazing intro song after the ads that I cannot find the artist or name of. The newest episodes have a different song. Could use some help.

Looking to buy one but sellers suck at listings.

Sooo many listings I see have the truck pic in a vertical format, so the front end is standing up on its end. Beautiful shot, if it were the titanic sinking. And no details on the description. Clean title? Not described. Mileage? 20X,XXX. “Will go up as it’s my daily driver” is it 4x4? Have you done maintenance? Literally, never described. And never pics of the frame. At this point, if there are no frame shots I assume it’s rusted af. “Original owner”. When have you changed the timing belt then. “Runs perfect” except for these 50 items, “easy $100 fix”
