Are you an expert in all things Battlefleet Gothic? I'd love to talk to you

I'm working on a project delving deep into the BFG series(everything in it, games, development, books, etc.) and I'd love to connect with someone who is knowledgeable about all things within it, read everything, knows the lore, informed about news, etc. Basically I'm looking for someone to bounce ideas off of, answer some questions, and fact check some sections of the project I'm working on.

*Posting my 20+ questions and fact checking paragraphs of info would get bulky in things like discord groups or reddit so highly prefer just talking to one person, happy to credit you, your website, or your socials in the final project.

Hey! 'm running a YouTube channel focused on fantasy, sci-fi, and TTRPG content, and I’m looking for an editor to work with long-term.

The Work

  • I’ll send 5–10 minutes of footage every 2 weeks
  • You’ll also get a Google Drive folder of assets/images
  • You will need to source some additional images yourself (Wikimedia Commons, copyright-free stock, etc.)
  • Turnaround time: ideally 3–4 days per video

Editing Style

Looking for something similar to:

Simple but mine is a degree more polish/animation stock videos. Nothing overly flashy, but not completely static either. Ideally I'm hoping you can make my style but a degree better

Pay

Because the edits are relatively short and not overly complex and I'll give imagery, pay will depend on experience and quality, if you're amazing, require no oversight and good communication over time it can be more.

What I’m Looking For

  • Someone who can communicate clearly and reliably (like a human being)
  • Someone who can match my style but ideally improve on it
  • Experience matters less than actually being able to deliver
  • Bonus (not required): familiarity with fantasy / sci-fi / TTRPGs

Important

To avoid getting flooded with random applications and random Google Drive links filled with hundreds of random videos, I won’t respond unless your message includes:

  1. “elves&empire” at the top

  3. Your rate / budget expectations

If your style is different I will ask for:

  • A 45–60 second unpaid test, followed by
  • A longer paid trial (~5 minutes)
