I'm not talking just in the moment and you forgot about it, I'm talking about a scene that stuck with you long after the movie ended.

For me, there's a few, but the one that came to mind while making this post was >! Charlie's death from Hereditary. !< The suddenness of it and then seeing the decapitated head, rotting and covered with insects after just made me shudder. Especially as an older brother with a little sister, that scene stuck with me for a long while.

I know the whole cast is talented, but my god, Pyke's vent speech to the team in the finale had me floored. Not only was it well written, Ashley Johnson recorded that scene like rent was due.

Tbh, this was the intensity and emotions I was expecting from Bard's Lament.

But yeah, Ashley acted her ass off during that scene

Trying to do Knull I3 to get 5 Diamond Knull, and I always lose close to the end. Knull just constantly gets down to one or two shot, and just gets multiple turns before I can end it and I lose.

When I saw the title "The Bard's Lament", I was really excited for that monologue, even if I figured he would say when he found why the gang was really there. However, I wish they'd kept the monologue in its entirety, because it's genuinely one of my favorite moments in all of CR's campaigns. I did like that they kept the Grog asking him about his mom, but yeah. Kinda disappointed we didn't get the full speech.

Does anyone know (roughly) when we'll get those tickets? I know it's not as big as Odyssey or Spider-Man, but I'm surprised we've gotten tickets for those two first, especially since EDB comes out in 3 weeks (?).

Noticed this especially on the 1 line, but why do people just stand in front of open seats and block them? Then, when you ask them (politely) to move so you can sit there, they give you a lock like you just spat on them or something?

If you're not gonna sit, stop blocking a seat or don't get mad if someone else tries to sit there. Anyone else experience this?

This is for Xavier missions

I've 3 starred every mission except for this boss fight and I can't unlock the Xavier missions without doing so. However, no matter what I use, the most I can manage is a 2 star victory. I always lose at least one of my team. I've heard people suggest Liberty, but even with them, I can only manage 2 star (I usually lose War Machine).

Any suggestions? It's been driving me crazy and pissing me off to the point where I almost threw my phone at the wall.

Was buying tickets for The Odyssey and was wondering which one would be better. I've never seen a movie with laser projection, so I wasn't sure which was better.

Yes, QP isn't comp and no one is expecting you to play meta characters and go 200% sweat. But jfc, still try to win. You literally have people refusing to swap, playing into hard counters, or just refusing to work with the team and just try to 1v6 or whatever the enemy team, leading to them being staggered. Or when you have people going 5 DPS and 1 healer. Then, if you call them out on it, you get the "it's qp" excuse. Sure QP is more casual, but that isn't an excuse to just throw games or try to lose.

Like, go to AI mode or 18v18 if you wanna do dumb shit like that. The only silver lining is that the devs have improved their throwing system so you can actually get people banned in QP matches for pulling this bs on you.

And anyone who disagrees is just enabling bad players/throwers.

ETA: Obviously this doesn't apply to new players or people learning a new character (although, you should let your team know in the latter case)

Obviously Bear is a vile piece of shit, I doubt anyone would argue that except for some weirdos online.

However, both Ian and Sarah are bad friends too, even if they're nowhere near as bad as Bear.

Ian: Pushes Bear to pursue Nikki, while hooking up with her himself for the last two years AND knowing she didn't really like him. On top of that, he's jealous of their "relationship" that he doesn't even care about the things that are wrong with Nikki until the party scene, and even after that, he refuses to believe Bear and doesn't help with the wish to free Nikki. On top of that, he tells Bear to be mean to her, even bringing up the "Freaky Nikki" nickname they both know she hates.

Sarah: She had this weird animosity towards Nikki the whole movie, it was subtle at first, but it became less so after the wish. I know she's jealous and is crushing on Bear, but she talks shit about Nikki when she isn't around and doesn't see that something is clearly wrong, even after the party scene. In fact, she uses the party as an excuse to talk even more shit about her, spread the gossip about Nikki and Ian, and still is more fixated on wanting to be with Bear than actually helping Nikki.

Now, I'm not saying either of them deserved to die, but let's be real, they were both bad friends to Nikki and felt like they only hung out with her due to Bear and being co-workers.

I asked a week ago for a movie to watch this month in theaters and y'all recommended Obsession. It was great, I loved it, but no one warned me how depressing it was gonna be 😭
