I have been stumbling upon these videos on Instagram, where a guy wearing meta glasses walks up to a girl and tries to ask for her number. I am pretty sure she did not know she was being recorded. Plus, this was in China, so there is no way the girl knows her video has been posted online for millions of netizens to see. The creator stated that he does not call the girls back or add them back on Instagram, meaning he only uses them for content creation. Can the girls sue him if they found of their videos have been posted ? Will there be any legal action against them ?

Hello everyone. I got a full tuition scholarship from HKUST-GZ. Guangzhou, from what I have read, is incredibly affordable. The cost of living is much lower compared to my country. However, I want to know how living in China is. I only speak English. Are the locals friendly to foreigners ? Are there any anti-immigrant sentiments. I only intend to complete my degree and move back to my country. Are they racist ? For context, I live in a small African island but is of Indian descent. How is the healthcare ? I have also got offers from British universities which are much much more expensive, and I am yet to make a decision.

However, I also got offers from UCL and Melbourne University but without scholarship, so the cost of attending is exorbitant. Are HK degrees recognized internationally? I want to do my masters in the US/UK and then intend to return back to my home country in Africa. Are there students who went to HKUST for the bachelors and subsequently went to a better British or American school for their masters ?
