Its a windows 11 pc with antennas for wifi. It used to be in the basment, but now its upstairs.
I tried forgetting the wifi and reconnecting. I have also checked the wires and the antenna to make sure they are secure. No other devices are expirencing this problem. I think I have had this peoblem before with this pc, but I can't remember what I did to fix it.
Hi upgrading an old msi ms16jf. The 8gb of ddr4 it has is not sufficient these days for a lot. It doesn't need to be gaming soecs as its a back up computer and I am rather new and rather broke. So I am looking for recommendations for my first ram purchase

I am the closest thing our nonprofit has to a web manager and I have been scratching my head over a persistent issue: a very important image not appearing on our website. This is an image at the top of the page and normally has dropdown menus overlaid on top of it. These menus travel with you as you scroll the page and are at first practically invisible if the image doesn't appear. These menus change from white to an off grey as you scroll.
I contacted godaddy about it and they insist that it is a cashing issue and that I need to clear my history: which I did. I also checked to see if only I was seeing this and I am not. Not sure where to start looking for a solution. I suspect its a problem with the herf command but I am not qualified to mess with it. This is a wordpress website
So I have an old MSI gaming laptop with 8 gigs of ram. It is acting slow on boot and in loading web pages. Take it down to the shop and they tell me that my windows os is consuming all of my ram and want me to upgrade it. Does the situation with the os sound plausible?
This is two incidents on a custom build
When I first tried to turn on the tower it wouldn't. The button was stuck in the on position so I unplugged it and opened it up to see what was going on. I jiggled the button to no effect. Then I jiggled some wires and found one that was loose.
jiggled the button again got it unstuck. So I closed it up, plugged it in and successfully turned it on. Watched Youtube on and off with a hike in between. while I was watching a video the PC turned off. The power button wasn't stuck this time and there were no loose wires, so I plugged back in and turned it on successfully. I didn't hear any fan noise and didn't feel much heat while jiggling wires. I have no idea what happened but I suspect its a hardware issue.
