Birch Lane Rugs made by SAFAVIEH?

I purchased the Birch Lane Elle Rug and recieved a rug identical in look but the tag says SAFAVIEH. Did I receive the wrong rug or are Birch Lane rugs manufactured by SAFAVIEH?

15 days in…does it get better?

15 days in on 5mg. I feel more anxious than before and wake up between 2-4 am every night with an adrenaline rush that feels like I’m dying. Is there light at the end of the tunnel?

Has anyone here seen Dr. Lenny Cohen at CNS in Chicago? What was your experience like and did he assist with medication management? Thanks!

Could this be BVD?

Does this sound like BVD to anyone else? Curious if others can relate.

Mine started really suddenly while I was driving on the highway. Out of nowhere I got hit with this intense wave of lightheadedness/panic and genuinely felt like I might pass out while driving. Ever since that day, I’ve had this constant “off” feeling that never fully goes away. It’s progressively gotten worse over the last few months.

Main symptoms:
- Constant feeling like I’m going to pass out but I never actually do (by far the worst symptom and it is 24/7)
- Eyes constantly feel tired and lose focus. Extremely bad when looking at screens/scrolling on phone/driving
- Feeling disconnected
- Black floaters in vision and light sensitivity
- Occipital headaches
- Lightheadedness regardless of position (sitting, standing, laying down), though definitely worse when standing
- Blurry vision / difficulty focusing visually. My eyes cannot keep up with fast visuals on TV like sporting events and the camera panning quickly.
- Feeling worse in busy environments like grocery stores, traffic, crowds, scrolling, TV, etc.
- Feeling overstimulated by motion or visual input
- Head pressure and ear fullness
- Neck tightness/pain
- Random adrenaline/panic sensations that seem secondary to the dizziness
- driving is extremely hard. I feel disconnected and lightheaded- the only thing I’ve found to somewhat help is pressing my head against the headrest.

So far I’ve:
Been cleared by cardiology
Had normal bloodwork
Had a full work up at a dizziness clinic led by an otoneurologist (referred me to a neuro optometrist who I am waiting to see)
Had a normal brain MRI
Had a normal Holter monitor
Had normal VNG testing
I also have a tilt table test scheduled but orthostatic vitals have been normal so far

I had lasik in both eyes in January of 2024.

Has anyone here had autonomic testing completed at Rush in Chicago?

If so - how long did you have to wait to get an appointment and what did the testing process look like?

Thanks in advance
