Help! Trying to leave before my 12 month contract

Hi, renting in Southern AZ until I could find a builder and get a new home built. Well, I jumped the gun because my rental is a termite and rodent infested home (byproduct of a desert dwelling) especially if the landlord doesn’t give a care. My new home is already complete. I was going to offer a lump sum to pay off my contract. 6 months lump sum. Any advice? Should I write a forms
offer to pay off my contract with payoff amount? get it notarized? I’m clueless here, please advise.

Keep? It’s a struggle…Live in USA -

UPDATE! I will keep this, thank you for the great thoughts and comments! **** Hear me out. I’ve had this table in my life since I was 11. I am now 65. This table was gifted to my mom from Harve Presnell during his divorce with Sherry (Sheryl). He was a50’s-60’s operatically trained star…think Unsinkable Molly Brown, Paint Your Wagon, and then TV star, Fargo, and a kind person as well. He helped my dad get some auditions in Hollywood (both opera singers) I love this thing. Then my Mom made sure I received when she passed away. HOWEVER! It’s huge, and scarred. It’s blonde oak 48” in diameter, my taste has gravitated toward mid century, but I do blend eclectic. But this is a departure! I love it, but it’s a big lummox. What is your advice? Keep? Refinish? I can make a mixed comfy library and music room?

Saw this on a web ‘mineral store’.

Excuse my naïveté here, but I was shocked to see this on a web store.
I’m guessing it must be fake, they are claiming it’s from Gila Cliff Dwellings.
It’s well known that artifacts should not be removed from these sites…or so I thought?

My sibling is not authentic toward me. A couple of questions.

My sibling and I were close when we were younger, then when my sibling was 18, they went on their way into the world to persue happiness and live in their true lifestyle. We lost touch for a decade or so. By the time we get back in touch they are so guarded, cautious, not even being real in my opinion. There’s a lot of drama - it’s hard not to notice, but it’s kept from me. I get filtered information and filtered emotions and speech. How do I not take this personally? Is this just a live and let live thing?

Okay, I’m going to treat myself tomorrow, I’m normally organic at home, but allow myself to splurge when it comes to a fantastic brunch or lunch. Where’s a place that is comfy for one to dine?

Medicare

I got a letter explaining that they need three months of unpaid before they start deducting monthly. This is ludicrous. I cannot afford quarterly, the chunk is over 1500! How are we all to survive through this IRMAA madness? I know I can’t.

Trying to choose patio furniture. What is the most durable type of material that will survive in Arizona? I’ve got a 6’ x 20’ stretch with rolling screens. This side faces south.

Good feline vet

Tucson cat people! My cat has HES. She got this after a bad dental cleaning in OV. The anesthesia wore off and there we were. Everyone knows this condition advanced over time. My Vet has recently gotten ‘testy’ over my requesting my cat’s meds. Tucson or south preferred.

For whatever reasons I was never much of a fan. But his doing an interview today about Kyle Busch in a Brexton Busch tee shirt was sublime. Team Elliott, count me in. Team Bexton, we look forward to supporting you when you are ready.

Alex Zanardi was a bigger than life competitor. F1, Cart and several other racing circuits. I had the pleasure of seeing him win back to back at the Long Beach Cart circuit. He celebrated the way he lived his life, flat out 100%, never hiding emotions or feelings. He was on this planet to win and go fast doing it! And when tragedy came, he reinvented (literally) himself and the ways he could still race. This man’s spirit rivals some of the greats that had to persevere throughout history. I hope teachers incorporate Alex Zanardi into their curriculum about his life and his accomplishments. He is one of the finest examples of the human spirit. My favorite spirit of all time.
