Star Wars Games are Honestly 5/5 right now

Since Jedi: Fallen Order we've received excellent games.

Survivor, Outlaws, Zero Company and now Galactic Racer. From great stories to excellent replayability, the last handful of games have been enjoyable, full of new lore and concepts, and just overall. Fun to play.

It's been a great last few years for us, and it's only gonna keep going.

Anyone have a good map of the Den or Caisson?

I run a couple SW RPG games and want to add similar ships to the Den and Caisson for my players to run into or travel in in future. Anyone got a hold of any design type stuff or blueprints that show more of both?

USB inputs keep shutting off?

I have been running into a consistent problem with my PC since playing Star Wars Zero Company.

About 2.5-3 hours in of playing (with streaming), all of my USB input devices turn off. My headsets microphone, Mouse and Camera are all wired USB (with the camera USB-C) all hooked up on the front of the case. Keyboard is a wireless dongle in the back. No responses from any of these even if unplugging and plugging back in.

I also have a Switch Controller hooked up via a front USB that after about a minute of all other USB failures starts popping a warning that it is disconnected in the Steam Application.

All audio and video outputs work as normal, but because I don't have inputs I can't reset anything or run diagnostics when this happens without turning the PC hard off.

I did turn off the Selective Suspense setting in Device Manager this morning and thought I had solved the problem till about 30 minutes ago.

I'm worried I'm going to have to stop streaming because I'm actually having fun with this game and my handful of viewers.

I've never played this kind of game before...

I know Zero Company is a XCOM style game (whatever that Genre is called) and I'm really excited for this to come out.

But I know nothing gameplay wise that would help me going into this and I don't want to get stuck going into an enjoyable game and getting frustrated because I don't know the conventions.

Should I check out one of the older XCOMs first before diving into this on release day? Got any advice for my first time playing?

Any built any Republic Defense Coalition type stock characters?

I'm looking to do a single session game set during the Battle of Jehda where the players are RDC soldiers coming in to help protect civilians and back up the Jedi and Church of the Force members towards the end of the battle. This is for a group of kids between 8 and 12, and I'd like to just give them a handful of character archetypes built on a standard build so they can choose a specialty within the unit they will be working in.

Any pre builds or suggestions on doing my own?

Am I capable of doing this?

Deck: Centran Sabacc Oracle Deck Artist: Rick Scott (Multiversal Exports)

So, at my current job (A military role attached to civilian position) I just appealed against my commanders decision to not allow me to reenlist.

Part of the issues has been a recent career field merger which I've struggled to get sign-offs from my trainers for my tasks. Not for lack of asking, mind, but for lack of holding them accountable to sign me off when they said they would before they left for long trips.

Was informed today that doing so would initiate a 30 day window for me to get my tasks signed. I'm stressed. But I'm done letting my leadership just slam me over and over.

So the question is "Am I capable of this?" , using a 3 card spread of "What do I need to accomplish this", "Am I focused on the right goal" and "What do I need to watch out for"

I'm seeing the Six of Coins in the position of what I'm needing: Benefactors that will help me achieve this goal.

For what is the goal I have the Star: I'm on the right track and this is what I should be fighting for.

Things to watch out for though Im getting the Dawn Princess: I see that as others having grace with my journey and allowing me to fix things .

Overall, I'm reading this as a "Yes, but it's gonna be difficult."

My biggest question is on reading the Dawn Princess: She's a card of grace and acceptance of others. I don't quite see how it's something to avoid, unless I'm the one being warned to not be as merciful as I have been? Thoughts?

P.S. My previous reading about a job I was looking at? I got completely ghosted.

Edited to meet post requirements, sorry about that.

[URGENT]$175, Payback $200 by 15th

Need to pay for oldest daughters doctor's appointment today. Am waiting on nearly $4,000 in education expense reimbursements from my kids scholarships and a $600 refund from Amazon.

I'm hoping a large chunk of that will be in my account by Friday, but will definitely be able to payback on my payday.

Tampa to Miami planning?

Hi, frequent flyer, never... Trained?

Anyway, my family (2 adults, 3 under 12) and friends (3 adults, 1 under 12) are looking to do a trip via the Amtrak down to Miami near the end of July.

Does this route do the FareShare program? There is a chance 1 of the other adults in the group may not go, so that would keep us under the 8 max in one transaction. Also wanted to make sure we are reading the prices right if it does. Is it 60% off all tickets in the group of 8?

How should we pack for a couple days? What should we bring with us in the train car?

I like to play cards and the occasional boardgame. Is this feasible in coach? Nothing massive like Twilight Emperium or anything, but 6 hours with kids seems like I'll need distractions... Is there anything I haven't thought of yet that you think should be talked about?

Much thanks!

Is this job the Opportunity I'm looking for?

Interviewed for a new Job today and when I announced it on my Star Wars Discord, another member asked what the cards said about it. I'm a Sabacca Tarot reader, so these pull a bit more from the expanded universe than normal Tarot, despite being based on the RW Deck.

My reading:

`Fabricators: We've been building towards this. Diligence is our physical attribute of work.

The Spire: We are in the presence of our Calling. This may be what we have been looking for.

The Outlaws: Deception? Lies or untruths maybe. That's the Willing Force. So it's probably me having to fake it till I make it kind of situation?

It's a job that's a touch out of my skill set. Actually, that wouldn't be me. I'm on the first card.`

The designer of the deck also pointed out to me that the Outlaws can point towards versatility.
