NGD-‘16 LP Trad Pro 3 in Wine Red
I traded my ‘61 Standard SG for it and couldn’t be more pleased. I’m way more of a LP guy.

Today I got my new Line 6 HX One. I had to remove my JHS Harmonic Trem to make room, but fortunately this guy will make harmonic tremolo sounds as well as every other sound I could ever need. I really wanted it for the FM-4 sounds but there’s some dope shit in here like the Shuffle Loopers and all sorts of cool stuff to stack with the bottom row of my board. I’m gonna probably get a small midi switcher for it down the road but. right now I’m stoked! This is exactly what I wanted and just about everything I could need.
‘23 Dot & ‘08 Custom. These two definitely get the most millage out of my collection. I use D’adario NYXL 11-49s on these guys.
I hurt my back last night trying to move my Ampeg 410 cab. I mostly play LPs but thank god for SGs. Managed to get through 2 hrs without having to sit down. Muscle relaxers helped too but they sure didn't help my playing unfortunately 🫠
band is called XLNT BRDS from Kitsap County, WA and we play instrumental funk psych blues jam rock. Mostly covers by guys like Jeff Beck, Zappa, Allman Bros, Grateful Dead, Phish, etc.
‘08 Custom, ‘03 Standard Plus, ‘21 Classic, ‘25 Junior. I’d like to pick up a double cut Standard someday, but this is the collection I’ve always wanted. These four can do it all.
His name is Honky. He’s a 3 yr old 20lb Feline Frank Castle and my best friend.
here’s my best looking guitar & my best sounding guitar. Gibson knocked it outta the park with these T Types they put in the Dot. The ‘preme sounds great as well, I think the burstbuckers fit the guitar just fine. And the coil tap might also make it my most versatile guitar.
A lot of yall act like putting a sticker on a guitar is something that causes irreparable damage and is impossible to get rid of and will ruin a nitro finish blah blah blah but I’m here to say that it’s not hard to remove a sticker without damaging anything using a microfiber cloth, some Goo Gone, and some elbow grease. It’s not difficult. Here’s proof.

very few changes have been made to it over the last couple years.
Ive had it for a little over a year now and I think it might be the best guitar I’ve ever owned. It was kind of an impulse buy at the time, it was on a good enough sale that I couldn’t walk away from it. Since then it’s really become my number one go to for almost everything. There’s just something about it that in my 20+ years of playing I’ve rarely come across that I just can’t explain.
happi gibsundee! I’m doing some string changes this morning before practice later on and since I had most of them out here already I grabbed the last couple and took a current family photo. From left to right:
-’08 CS Custom
-‘08 SG Classic
-‘24 ES Supreme
-‘25 LP Jr
-‘03 LP Standard Plus
-‘23 Dot 335
-‘21 LP Classic
and on the carpet is a ‘23 ‘61 SG Standard in Silver Mist. My favorite is a tie between the LP Custom and the Dot, but they all rip and sound great doing it.
‘24 ES-335 Supreme in Bourbon Burst. The dream guitar.
