I tried to be nice and grab my partner Ursula Creed for her growing Astra Militarum force, but turns out she had one in storage, so I managed to get her Traitor-ed up!
Head and club from the Palanite Justicars, shotgun from the GSC Atlantic Jackals, and the belt is from the Red Corsairs Reave Captain.
The WE Jakhals kit has some excellent bits for adding that proper scavenger look to Chaos boys!

So, I snagged a really good deal on Ursula Creed (my partner collects IG, and I wasn't sure if she already had the mini - turns out she does!)
But, as a RC player, she'll need to be properly Traitor Guard-ed. Thinking about running her as a (legacy) Renegade Enforcer or using her as a Traitor Enforcer.
Any good suggestions for kits, bits and general ways to break up her silhouette?

So, I really don't like the current Traitor Enforcer model (he's *stubby*), so I cracked out an old model from the Cultists of the Abyss and a kitbashed Traitor Ogryn!
I know she doesn't have a power fist, but any I tried looked a bit ridiculous with her frame.
I feel they fit the vibes of my dudes way better, and finding that old box meant I also have a Cultist Firebrand!

So, while clearing out I suddenly remembered my ex left an old-school GW carry case full of old metal minis. (It's been in my flat for a decade and they left the country, so I figured it's officially mine now!)
I'll get pics up soon to help identify them, but I can see some metal Plague Marines (and a PM Lord in Terminator Armour), some kind of Space Wolf head honcho, and some scattered odds and sods.
Where will I be likely to get the best value for selling these? Is it better to work with interested folks directly? Or are there good (UK) markets for older stuff?

Just wanting to check something - if a unit has Ambush, I can set them over 9" away from an enemy unit at the start of any turn after the first.
Can I then activate them that turn and Charge 12" into melee?
So, I have been thinking about creating some Breachers (boarding Shields and shotguns) just for fun, probably use them as Legionaries.
The HH Breachers have shields, but they are a little too ornate. The Bullgryns kit has great shields, but they are way too big.
Does anyone know of other CSM-scale shields that can give the same vibe?
I can even wrangle in 3D printing, if that's an option!
I'm a fantasy collector at heart, so I have a bunch of stuff that's based in varying sizes - goblins on 20mm bases up to big ass GW stuff on 32mm.
How much does base size affect gameplay? Would there be massive issues using both in the same game?
If there are issues, what sort of house rules might you suggest to make them work well together? I was considering movement bonuses/penalties, but that might interact poorly with the armour-based movement rules?
