Art/ curators podcast recommendations

Hi! Is there any good podcasts about curatorial work or more critical thinking, or even art in general that you could recommend?
Thanks in advance

Interpreters into art/films?

Hiiii all, so, I work as an interpréter but I actually have a major in arts, and work as an art curator, from time to time, the thing is, I realized that sometimes we forget what we really like because of we’re focusing doing other things or jobs to of course survive and get money. So I was wondering what are the ways you guys keep feeding your passions or making things that makes you feel alive hahaha I’m planning to start a 10 days doing things after work to feel alive. Thanksssss

Community/ networking idea

Hiiii! I’ve been interpreting for a while now and I was thinking if you’d be open to create a telegram/ WhatsApp community for Latam where we can share any resources, make online friends since this job is remote and share in a more human space.

GOOD REPRESENTATIVES

So, I had a couple of this calls this week where there’s a person saying that they speak English but they’re with a non English speaker and they try to translate everything or! They understand English but don’t know how to quite communicate and so this person was asking a lot of questions about an insurance policy and every time the representative said something and I was interpreting she interrupted me and say AH OK YO ENTIENDO, so the representative got tired, stepped in and said to the person that if she speaks English don’t ask for an interpreter and that our work and our time should be respected and not interrupted while talking and that sje just wanted to make sure she understands everything and so she doesn’t keep asking the same things, then, she gave a wonderful short speech of why our job was important and even tho it was a very exhausting call because of the LEP behavior it made me think that even tho sometimes people treated us in a bad way we are doing a good and necessary job, it was a reminder and well yes just wanted to remind that hahaha thanks.

Social media check

Hi, thanks in advance for the advice.
So I have an interview in about a month in half, and I was wondering, should I have my social media account public from now until the interview or can I wait til the interview it’s close to open them. I don’t have anything weird on them of course, it’s just because of my privacy but I’m willing to do what’s needed.

Thanks. This is for an F1 visa btw

How long should I wait after sent an application

Alright this might sounds silly but I applied to 2 internships about a week and a half ago, I did it before the deadline of course, so the deadline was on May 1 for both of them. How long should I wait to keep expecting any contact and when can I say to myself to let them go. Thanks in advance

So, I have a roommate but he has been always in charge of the rent and all, I moved after he lives there so that’s why. But recently he told me that the rent will go up with the renewal of the lease but that he’s not sure how much but he’s trying to negotiate it, but he says between 50-400$, idk but how can I be sure that this is coming from the landlord and not him or something like that I just need some advice please.
