If resources didn’t matter, where would you base?

Every base location suggestion I see is based on resources, so if you could put your base anywhere without resources being any concern, where would you build it?

Just your favorite spot visually, a perfect cliff, fun spot because constant raid defending, good close to your favorite city etc.

Best romhack/fangame with a mostly complete dex including Gen 9?

Really want to get into a romhack or fangame with a well implemented full pokedex all the way up to gen 9.

I am not really concerned with story, I will probably just skip it all anyways. I just want something that has good/challenging battles, interesting mechanics and team building with good progression with good late game content that will push me to use some very strong teams. Want catching pokemon to actually feel good not just some thrown together randomizer if that makes sense.

I do like challenging games, big soulslike fan, but I don't want something that is just "x pokemon game" with difficulty pumped to 100 and nothing else really improved or changed. I am not opposed to difficulty hacks, I just think I need a little more to the game to keep me invested.

Some games I have seen recommended that kind of fit are; ROWE - Kind of hits what I am looking for, difficult, no story, open world and very different than base game. Only issue is most legendary pokemon are not obtainable. Soulgold - All pokemon but I think missing some dyna/mega/tera etc. And no kanto so maybe a bit small. Unbound - Only has gen 8 unfortunately, but I am still open to it just because almost everyone has it in top 5. Would be amazing if there was a way to get gen 9s but like I said I am still open to it. Heartgold generations - visually is the best I have seen, but I think it is just heartgold and 90% of the added content is just new pokemon and some qol. Also barely see this one recommended. Emerald Imperium / Inclement Emerald / Radical Red - I think all just basic difficulty hacks unfortunately Rejuvination - Massive fan game that looks very good but might be too story focused, also missing gen 9 and most legendary pokemon not obtainable yet (unfinished game)

Any team builder site that works for this?

Learning different types and counters still so just trying to find a team builder site that I can input my current roster into and get tips on things like what holes I have that need to be filled, and also things like skills that are strong on certain pokemon just to know what I should pick up from a move trainer or any TMs I have.

I have looked at a lot of team builders but they either don’t have non evolved pokemon or it’s actual competitive rule sets so a bunch of things are missing.

Individually searching each Pokémon I get and then trying to figure out good moves, search all the moves I can get, figure out what is missing etc is just a bit too time consuming at the moment

Thanks!

Best dirt cheap used but solid option?

Not looking for a main device, just want a random android to mess around with, do some tinkering on etc.

Definitely don’t want to go over $100, probably closer to 50 is ideal

To clarify, I don’t really care about things like camera quality or phone call quality or whatever. Just the fastest device with a nice screen is pretty much the only requirement. Obviously also a device that will stay “updated” or whatever it’s called for at least a few years

Gaming soundstage/directional audio - Inzone buds vs Gamebuds?

After looking around I feel like these two are the most recommended options for low latency wireless earbuds.

Trying to decide between the two, the differences are close enough to not matter for battery, latency, connectivity, and build quality.

The only thing that I am deciding on is audio quality itself. Which of the two has better soundstage and directional audio? I won’t be doing a ton of competitive gaming using them but I just want to have the ability to swap to earbuds if my headset is bothering me or whatever reason.

Longer session comfort is probably semi important as well but mainly concerned with audio.

If you have any other recommendations for gaming wireless buds let me know! Thanks

GBMM already implemented?

Have fought 10+ ships a day since I got the game a week ago, have never seen anyone using anything higher than worn cannons before

Finally looted a pristine cannon, took it into the next raid, instantly fought a team with pristine cannons lol

Either absurd timing or some type of gear based matchmaking is already implemented

Meta striker build atm? Finisher or Target

Looking to level a new build, trying to decide between finisher and target man. A few months ago I would have said finisher but recently I feel like I have been seeing a lot of target man builds so it has made me curious what the meta is leaning towards recently

I feel like it would be good to have a strong aerial threat in the box like target man especially in games where the other team has a lot of users defending cutting passing lanes but the finisher is just better in every other way so not sure what direction to go here

Sterilize nasal spray bottle?

I have been using this brand “snoot” recently, which use these glass nasal spray bottles. How do I go about cleaning and sterilizing the bottles? They are supposed to be refillable just not sure how to properly sterilize

So does blatant account boosting not get banned like they don't ban smurfing?

First acct https://dpm.lol/Steizel-Blue

All of a sudden 3 days ago just completely starts frying and hard carrying every game. 26-4 in last 30 games. 450+ elo in 3 days. Seems legit.

And just so happens to be duo q with this one https://dpm.lol/%C2%BAN0VA%C2%BA-NA1

Who was hardstuck silver 3/4 the entire year, then 3 days ago just figured out the secrets of the universe and skyrockets from silver 4 0lp to gold 2. 30 games in 2 days without ever playing more than 5 games in a day before. Magical. 27-3 since then for a light 562lp in 2 days. Also very legit.

I don't know how much more obvious account boosting could be, it's mind blowing this is not auto detected and banned. I know they don’t care at all about smurfs but I thought boosting was actually something they banned.

Any DIY fix for a 20 degree difference between floors?

Basement floats around 65 degrees and 2nd story is 85+ (office is on second floor, the rest of the rooms are not that important. Is there any diy solution I can implement to try to cool my office other than buying a window ac unit or mini split?

I was thinking maybe getting a high powered duct fan, and splitting the duct that goes from the basement to the office with a Y split, so one side is pulling from the freezing basement, other is air from the ac and I can just have that running 24/7. Maybe add those vent fans as well for a bit more idk.

Appreciate any advice, I would like to get it down to at least sub 80 degrees if possible. Thanks!

So what is the point in matching “climbing” with higher ranks?

Playing ranked again, first time since last season. I was gold for part of last season, but currently silver 3.

Every ranked game I have played has had golds and a few plats.

I am not complaining about match difficulty, my win rate in the handful of matches I have played is fine.

The problem is, winning a game vs these people that are almost 2 full ranks above me gives me 30 lp. The same amount that I would be getting vs a full team of silvers.

What is the point of matching me with higher ranks if I am not getting a “bonus” for winning the game? I play all of these games vs higher ranked players but climb at the same speed as a silver player playing silver lobbies?
