Had this since day 1, love it.

Had an Xbox Series S. Once I heard the XAX was coming, pre-ordered immediately. Since I had this, completely switched off playing console. I have a set-up to make this a desktop PC where I play steam games, then I just easily disconnect for on the go or around the house.

And yes, still in perfectly fine condition with no add-ons. No screen protector, holder, case, or extra memory. Suprised on how I haven't messed it up or scratched it, but I'm pretty safe with it.

Diablo 4 is a good game on this btw, have hundreds of hours. Has handheld and PC controls. This is just a great all around device for anything.

The downside: GTA6 coming out and no pc release, yet. May need to dust off the Series S, if it runs it well.

Path of Exile 2?

Really thinking of buying this game but idk what to expect. I put maybe 100 hours into POE1 but that was many years ago.

Is this game any different from POE1. What I liked about the first is the fast progression in a sense. I felt like I could start a new character anytime, progression wasn't slow, and even starter levels I felt pretty strong.

Did they change the way the gameplay works in this one or is everything pretty much same as first with a few new additions?

R.I.P. - Reincarnation Insurance Program

This game is like a hack & slash, looter shooter, roguelite, Diablo style game. It came out in January and looks very promising, been on my wishlist. I used to play Diablo 4 on console but then moved to PC and stopped playing on console. Has anyone played this before? I don't know if I should buy or it's one of those games that will be abandoned.

Anyone else happy they're out?

I got out as an officer recently. It's been some months of freedom and I have to say I don't miss a minute of the military.

No waking up in the bum ass of morning to workout. I can now get rest and get the same workout in the afternoon. I don't have to sit through bullshit ass meetings with people reiterating the same point in different intricate ways to sound smart. I don't have to worry about being green on everything and sitting through more bullshit classes to be in good standing.

I have a good paying career, get to go home to my wife and dog, and literally enjoy life with no military stress.

If world war 3 broke out and U.S was in dire need of troops, I'd join the fight. Other than that, I don't miss a second of the bullshit and I feel like I'm in heaven.

Thanks Gemini!

It has officially lost the plot. Yes, I refreshed over a 100 times and even restarted. Gemini is down for me. It has gone down the shitter more and more everyday and I'm at the point of canceling. Doesnt help me with what I need anymore like it used to.

Used to read 20 different attached files and analyze things for me and now I can't get it to read a simple .eml file or even look through an attachment.

They should have made a Steam Machine Orange Box Bundle.

Imagine:

Steam Machine price drops today and they also release 3 game trailers and Orange Box 2 annoucement.

(Steam Machine Orange Box Bundle: Comes with exclusive early access to Half Life 3, Portal 3, and Team Fortress 3, 3 months before full release. $1049. Access to this deal only if you buy the Machine opening day.)

You know how many people would instantly buy just off that alone despite the specs of the Steam Machine? Hell, they could up the price some more and people would come in the masses.

Missed oppurtunity.

Diablo 4, should I get back into it?

I played like a maniac up until the first DLC released (Vessel of Hatred) with the new character. After that, life happened and just never really had the time to invest. I had tons of fun on this game.

Is it worth buying the DLC and getting back into game or is it best I just move on? I don't know everything that happened throughout the updates, I bet it's a whole new game now.

Every player should have one unique ability and one unique move.

Im not asking for this game to be a moba or some mmo Dunk City Dynasty crap.

Every player feels the same. Why play Giddey when I can hit 3s and move just as fast as Wemby?

If every player had a unique move like giving Harden some stepback 3 move thats hard to block or giving LeBron some in your face 3 ball ultimate, the game would become more fun.

It would incentivize players to play different players due to their move or special skill.

You don't have to add tons of skills and abilities for each player. Im just asking for maybe one unique move per player and maybe an ITZ ultimate for each player.

What was your initial reaction here?

My head immediately was like "Mary's fucked, it's an entity disguised as Clark". I guess it was the most obvious path but I'm kinda glad they went a different route and not the most common. Thought Mary was about to be mutilated right then and there and the movie would end.

Hard to get help as traditional reservist.

Nobody seems able to help me with my case or wants to as I'm a reservist that has never deployed. I have a legit claim related to an injury that occurred during IDT. Have over 200 pages of medical documents, leadership statements, diagnosis including MH diagnosis, buddy statements, etc.

On top of that, any input seems to be "Its hard to get reserve claims connected to service" or "you're a reservist, are you really even hurt?" but I literally have whats needed for the VA to claim service connection and I still deal with issues years later from the injury.

I just feel like people want to gatekeep benefits from people who weren't active. I signed the dotted line like anyone else and served for years. VSOs haven't reached back out to me, private veteran supporters seem unhelpful as soon as I state I'm a reservist.

One of the craziest experiences was I told my story to this veteran supporter who has helped countless vets with claims. He listened to me, said I had a great case and at the end he asked if I experienced any combat. I said no. Then his deamonor changed, said I should put the claim in myself and didn't want to help me any further. Just seemed like I got brushed off.

Every military member should get equal treatment regardless of if you were active or not. This isn't some gatekeeping club and it sucks that some vets lean that way.

Weed and Lexapro?

I smoke daily and was prescribed lexapro. How does it interact with Weed? Am I going to have a full blown out of body experience or something? Am I going to really notice a difference?

Even If I quit cold turkey its still in my system for 45+ days regardless so I want to know if anyone has been on it with weed and how they feel.

Am I a rare case?

Got 100% P&T. Did only 4 years in Reserve, 25yo, no deployments. Had a weekend drill injury where I broke some bones. Lead to me needing to get out, triggered MDD/pre-existing PTSD. Had a mental health C&P and was rated 100% due to my symptoms and evidence of.

I feel like an imposter but my life is hell. Lost my jobs, my wife, no friends, no family. Literally all alone absolutey no support with known previous SI attempts.

About 10 days ago I received my discharge orders and I’m starting to look into the VA claims process, but I’m unfamiliar with how everything works and was hoping to get some guidance.

I served about 6 years in the Army Reserve and am being honorably discharged. I’m currently looking into claims for:

- Shoulder surgery/injury from repeated drill and training activity

- Back and leg issues from a ruck incident

- Tinnitus from repeated weapons exposure during IWQ/range weekends

- Mental health issues including poor sleep, exhaustion, migraines, anxiety/depression symptoms, irritability, isolation, and work difficulties from rotator cuff tear that command never helped me get a profile packet for. (I have emails of command being notified of injury and even sending up a packet to higher). Process kind of died out at command level.

I have supporting records including surgery documentation, drill schedules, telehealth visits, prescriptions, leadership statements, and a pending buddy statement. I also have a psychiatric evaluation coming up soon before separation.

I mainly wanted to ask what I should be filing for, what evidence I should focus on gathering, and how to best approach the process from the beginning.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
