I live in a cycle of relapses since ten years. The last time i relapsed i stopped and thinked about what is happening right know. I dont do it anymore because i like i do it cause its learned behaviour. And the problem is the longer i do it the falser my ideas about a Womans body became. I got that emotional Hole in me that i try to fix with porn but spoiler it never worked. I want to be enough and loved. I got that Connection with that one Miss il ask out next week ( from Work). But how can i love with Lust (the devil himself) in my heart. But i think the Hope of Love could fix me. I soon start therapy about my ptsd but i think i told my Psyater about that. I once told my sister about that she was cool with it and know the most people will never Question the consum about porn. i dont have to do that alone. the lonlier i am the harder it is to stay clean and the lonlier i am the easyer it is to relapse but i want to be a better Human. And that industrie ist just Human souls getting crushed. and i do it on the pictures of artist. ext time i shower Cold in that moment i stopped that was my chance. Im from Germany and my english is not the best.
