Would book Joffrey have grown into a decent fighter? [spoilers extended]

I mean, assuming he reached adulthood?

He’s tall for his age indicating he’s inherited great genes and natural athleticism from his father.

He loses to Robb during their sparring match but there’s a significant difference between a 14 year old vs 12 year old and the books indicate Joffrey held his own. He didn’t get humiliated.

However, he is a spoiled brat who doesn’t show any interest in training to fight after becoming King. He doesn’t have to the same passion for fighting that we see from both his biological father and legal father.

He’s also a bit of craven but you can be a craven unwilling to seriously endanger yourself and a decent fighter.

I like to believe that Rhaenyra was reincarnated as Aegon IV after she died and got a second chance to live out the reign/life that she wanted. She even got the chance to impregnat reincarnated Daemon(Daena the Defiant).
