I know a lot of art brands are Chinese owned so it makes sense it’s cheaper on Chinese owned app but I’m still scared of it being knockoffs

Do I have to give abawd documents CA
My recertification is in October in California but my sisters job hours got cut recently and I wanted to know if we needed to show job and college proof for abawd exception if we submit her hours got cut
It’s fine for us but our mom makes everything so much more complicated than it needs to be cause she procrastinates
Like we have to ask her like 40 times for any documents we need from her cause she has bad adhd so she procrastinates and then forgets
