Absolutely fuck all works anymore in this country. After resetting my password and jumping through all the verification texts etc .... I still get this page on the My Vodafone page. It's been like this for months now

This Amazon UK item went from 357.07 Euro on this page .... to EUR 374.21 on checkout. It has free delivery, so it's not that. There was no mention of the new £3 tariff either, so it's not that either. Anyone know what's going on?

Some of my research on this case is linking me to some eye opening posts on this Sub (I believe he's guilty btw). In some of those threads MJFacts.com is cited as a source. But it appears the site owner let the domain expire and it's no longer a thing. What website resource is the new MJFacts.com?

Fed are editing in 80s jobber "Captain Blurry Face" to random matches on my Netflix feed without warning. I'm literally shaking crying on my knees in a Walmart right now

I'm so tired of the main 3 LLMs right now, Gemini included. (a screenshot of a reply from Pro Extended here when I asked it to fact-check an article and to use its search tool to do it)

Watched "Michael" the movie last night .... only to learn that all references to the allegations by Chandler had to be removed after a clause was discovered in the settlement. (Also: I have a question as to why Kat Graham's portrayal of Diana Ross was cut due to "legal considerations")

I thought this was wild

As per the Wiki, (with my explanation of "in media res", in case you don't know):

"Michael originally opened in medias res in 1993 following the first allegations, with Michael staring at his reflection as police arrive at his home in Neverland Ranch.

In medias res is a storytelling technique where the narrative begins in the middle of the action rather than at the start, with earlier events filled in later. The third act dealt with the impact of the allegations on Michael's life.

However, all references to the allegations, including scenes of Luke as Cochran, were removed after a clause was discovered in a settlement with one of Michael's accusers, Jordan Chandler, forbidding any mention of Chandler in film."

Also, regarding extensive reshoots:

"The production team shot footage depicting events from Jackson's life until 1995, including the abuse allegations and an action sequence re-enacting the 1993 police raid on Neverland Ranch.

After the script was rewritten to remove references to the allegations, reshoots took place in June 2025, lasting 22 days.

Lionsgate denied reports that the film was in "chaos". Following reshoots, the budget reportedly grew to $200 million, with the new sequences adding a new ending costing roughly $50 million, making it one of the most expensive biopics of all-time.

However, Variety reported that the reshoots only added $10–15 million to the budget, funded by the Jackson estate."

And, finally, this part about the Diana Ross scenes getting completely cut is puzzling:

"Kat Graham's portrayal of Diana Ross was cut due to 'legal considerations'"

What legal considerations?

She never got involved in the molestation allegations etc, so it can't be that

Anyway - just thought I'd share

It's fairly wild that, considering how involved the Jackson Estate was involved in the movie (many of them were executive producers) that the Jordan stuff was filmed to begin with

Re: that "A fully AI generated track just hit number one in its genre on Beatport" post that was all over EDM social media yesterday ....

Who do you think it was?

And what other well known EDM producers are guilty of it?

Looking for a reliable tool for researching my articles and guides that doesn't hallucinate facts

Does anyone use a tool that gives them reliable, cited research almost every time?

Perplexity used to be my go to for this, but it's now also making up facts

And Google's answers on queries and research has been a joke for a long time now

I would be willing to spend, say, $10 a month for something that works

Thanks

It's dumb arrogance lately is fucking staggering. What happened to this once great LLM? (use case: content writing)

  • The lack of research, even though you ask it to call tools
  • The increased arrogance (it just ended one reply to me with "Moving on", even after it failed dismally in what I asked it)

What the fuck has happened to Claude?

It used to be the best of the main 3 LLMs

Now, it's just as dumb as Chat GPT and Gemini

What are you all using these days? Because I need a new tool that actually works

Use case:

Content writing/guides that require correct research

Why, with all its access to search tools, is it lying and making up facts now more than ever?

I'm trying to use it for some deep, factual research for an article

Time after time, when I check what it presents, it turns out to be lies

But .... it has search tools now - tools I ask it to use when I prompt it

Why is it still lying so much in 2026?

Edit to add:

I've tried it on all Sonnet and Opus models on the $20 sub

It still lies, time after time

"Michael Jackson: The Verdict" (Netflix) vs "Michael Jackson - The Trial" (Channel 4). I recently watched the latter, is it still worth watching the Netflix one?

It looks like they both cover just the 2005 case

I recently watched the Channel 4 one and I was wondering: does the Netflix cover the exact same ground?

With similar interviews etc?

Looking for recommendations for a sleep mask I can buy on Amazon UK

My current one (I bought in a random airport chemist) is losing it's grip on the headband

Has anyone got suggestions for an excellent sleep mask I can buy on Amazon UK?

It's a must that it is complete blackout, lets zero light in etc

Thanks

Wtf did they do to the Image to Video generator?

In previous models it kept everything in the image pretty much the same when it generated a video

Now it's completely different to it

When did this happen?

Plus tier plan btw
