Hi everyone . I’m wondering what are good meditations for staying grounded yet progressing with An active kundalini? Looking for meditations that help with staying calm, nervous system regulation, not looking so much for transcendent meditations.

I’m curious to know other peoples experiences, I don’t tell people only others who are open or can relate. I feel like if I tell your average everyday person who’s unaware of spirituality/awakening, it just wouldn’t make sense to them.

Hi everyone. I had just posted yesterday about the energy being too intense; well it’s gotten even more intense today. I grounded and drank some milk which helped a bit. I think doing spiritual practices intensified the energy so I dropped my spiritual routine. I feel anxious and paranoid about social interactions which is always there even when the energy is lowkey, but at a lesser degree. I believe the paranoia and anxiety is intensified because of the kundalini energy purging me or because my senses are heightened.

I’m having really bad back pain, the kriyas are really scaring me. I don’t want kriyas in public, I have to hold them in. Is it possible it can happen in public to where I can’t control the kriyas anymore? I literally feel crazy. Like I’m not in psychosis I know that but this experience is making me feel like a crazy person. The emotional pain I’m in from the traumas purging is wild. It was like this when the energy first got activated, I’m so scared 🥲

Edit : hey thank you for the responses everybody, I’m doing a lot better now, I’m grounded and dropped the Bhakti yoga and feel stabilized now

My sexual energy has been really intense and strong like very very strong since my kundalini has progressed lately, does that mean the kundalini has risen to root or sacral chakra? Like the energy is so strong I don’t think I like it. It’s scaring me slightly . I notice the energy got a lot stronger since practicing Kali naam Japa. ( Bhakti yoga)

Is kundalini energy sexual in general or is it because I’m clearing our blockages in the bottom two energy centers?

Hi everyone. I’ve run into some people like this, but there’s this specific person whose energy really kills me when I’m in proximity of them. Like it feels like I can’t breathe, I’m getting drained and it feels like I’m dying lol . What is the meaning of this?

hi everyone. I’ve been practicing tantra, chanting kalis name and practicing Bhakti yoga while having my kundalini awakening. It seems to be acceleratering the process.

Lately I’ve been having some wild feelings or thoughts, feelings of wanting to not be on earth anymore, not in a suicidal way because I definitely don’t want to die. But feelings of not being happy with the state of the world, being really sensitive to cruelty, feeling like this place is hell. Too much suffering everywhere it’s been overwhelming me.

I also feel like life is full of suffering for everybody, while there’s some lives who are a lot more unfortunate than others we all experience a tremendous amount of trauma and suffering on this plane. I feel very uncomfortable when I think about that very fact, like what’s the point and meaning of creating this? I want to understand.

Lastly, this is the weirdest feeling I’ve felt out of everything I’ve mentioned, I’m feeling like the limitations of having a human body is holding me back. There’s so much to learn and so much truth out there that I can only perceive what my human body allows me to perceive. Like if I was a different entity with more senses or perhaps a spirit what could my potential be when it comes to experiencing altered states of consciousness, and spiritual growth. Perhaps I’m looking at this all wrong. But something feels very unsettling to me when I think about this stuff.

About 3 months in on my kundalini journey, I’ve been practicing a lot of energy healing and Bhakti yoga. I feel this has deepened my kundalini journey, and awakening intensified. However, I feel more bloated, in stomach, in face, just all over, my weight is the same, diet is the same. I have heard of this being a thing. So I wanted to ask you guys

I believe our energies affect each other when we’re in promixity of each other, something I’ve noticed is that ever since my awakening and ESPECIALLY during the beginning bliss stages that people are a lot more friendlier to me and some people seem more attracted or drawn to my energy while others seem repulsed

It’s just a vibe I’m getting, the vibes from others seem really different now. My immediate family seems to be treating me different or more seriously now. What are your guys’ insight on this?

Hi everyone, this is super embarrasing but I really need some guidance. There’s this person Is basically a stranger but I see them regularly due to us going to the same place everyday. I can feel his sexual energy being directed at me, which was confirmed because he has stared at me hardcore multiple times whenever I see them.

Anyway, physically not my type but his sexual energy is so endearing to me and really turns me on, like a lot, I feel our energies reacting to each other and it makes me incredibly horny to the point where I feel like getting off . When I don’t feel his sexual energy I don’t really feel this way, I don’t know if I’m horny bc he’s horny or if it’s my energy reacting to his energy or both. I can also feel his energy from a distance if i think about him.

In person, I ignore this person, because it freaks me out and is scaring me. HELP! I shield hut it doesn’t do much, my clairsentience is intense and this is so annoying and distracting,
