What are everyone's savoury safe foods?

I've basically been living off cereal and protein bars for months at this point but a couple of days ago I suddenly started feeling sick just by looking at sweet things. I still like the texture of both, having the contrast of the tiny crunchy varied pieces (I'd mix cereals) and the big chewy bar if that makes sense. How I wish the two could be savoury...

Anyway, if anyone has any safe foods that are savoury and have a similar feeling (lots of little pieces of two or three types - I mean lots, something like a bag of crisps would be too big I think - or one bigger bar type thing) I'd appreciate recommendations! Maybe I can get myself to try something else.

Give me savoury ideas

Earlier I had a wonderfully painful experience with sweet food and I can't even look at anything sweet without feeling sick. It sucks because my only safe foods were cereal and protein bars. What's everyone's go to savoury things? Share your favs!

Take me back to when I'd forgotten what baked goods taste like

Earlier my dumb ass had the thought of "why do I stick to specific foods if I c/s sometimes anyway" and decided to get muffins and cookies for the first time in over two years. OH MY GOD THEY WERE PAINFULLY SWEET I'VE BEEN FEELING NAUSEOUS FOR HOURS. STUPID IDEA. VERY VERY DUMB. DON'T DO IT. I didn't even swallow them but they were just that painfully sweet.

Biohazard cleaning

Yesterday I had to run away from my flat after an escalation of months of abuse from my roommate. He was a lodger so I've kicked him out. However my flat is not in a livable condition. He was the most unhygienic person I've ever met, only showered twice a month, would touch his privates and then shared surfaces, never washed his clothes or his bedsheets. I feel like I need specialist biohazard cleaners to get the place back in order. Does anyone have recommendations?

Anything I'm missing out on?

Over the past few months I've been trying various different cereals from the US and Canada, mostly the ones that don't have direct equivalents in the UK. So far I've tried:

- Chocolate Cheerios

- Honey Nut Cheerios

- French Toast Crunch

- Cinnamon Toast Crunch Waffles

- Peanut butter Cinnamon Toast Crunch

- Cinnagraham Toast Crunch

- Cinnamon Chex

- Chocolate Lucky Charms

- Scooby Doo Cinnamon Crisp

- Reese's Puffs

- Dark Chocolate Reese's Puffs

- Golden Grahams

- Captain Crunch

Anything I'm missing that I really should try? I like pretty much every flavour that's not fruity and only like dry cereal.

What are these pets?

Saw this listing on eBay, the pets are obviously in the Lalaloopsy style but I can't find any official releases with flocked pets. Does anyone know where they're from?

DAE worry about sugar intake?

My only safe foods are cereal and protein bars. I drink meal replacements but go well over the recommended sugar intake daily. I'm extremely active so that mitigates some of the risk but it's still a concern for me. Anyone else feel this way?

Good flavoured toothpaste?

I'm honestly only asking here because I've seen a couple of similar posts on the subreddit and I know a lot of ND people really hate mint toothpaste.

So I'm also a mint hater, I've been using Hismile for a while and they've been really good, however they recently changed their website and took away most of the flavours.

I've seen similar posts looking for flavoured toothpaste, but here's the thing - I also hate fruit. Almost all the suggestions are fruit flavoured toothpastes which I hate just as much as mint.

In the past I've had chocolate, salted caramel, biscoff and bubblegum flavours which have all been really good, but are there any other brands out there that do similar flavours? All I ever come across in terms of flavours is apple, berry, etc. and never anything I'd like.

How do you use the toilet without feeling gross after?

Apologies if this is the wrong flair. Long story short, I find the bathroom to be absolutely disgusting. Nothing wrong with it, it's as clean as it can be, it's just a bathroom.

Anyway almost every time I use the toilet I end up changing clothes. I make sure to keep them off the toilet itself, but if the bottom of my skirt touches the floor it feels icky and I change it. It's not really life altering, just annoying having to change around three times a day.

Any tips from people who have had to deal with toilets longer than me?

Also - there's nothing else I really care about excessively. I make sure everything stays as clean as possible due to me having health issues and a roommate who never showers but nothing makes me immediately want to change clothes quite like using the bathroom does.

Import recommendations?

Recently I got french toast crunch, captain crunch and cinnamon toast crunch waffle imported form America and loved them all. I'm going to get more and a couple of others to try but I'm not sure which ones so I thought I'd ask people who have tried them.

  1. Dark chocolate Reese's puffs:

I've tried regular Reese's puffs and really liked them but there's a good dupe of them here that I get instead. I love dark chocolate though, is the taste difference noticeable?

  1. Honey nut:

Honey nut isn't really a thing here. We have crunchy nut but that's about it. I've seen honey nut cheerios and chex, which one's better?

  1. Tres leches toast crunch:

It looks interesting but what does it actually taste like?

Or any other recommendations you have - I'm really interested in anything that doesn't have a direct UK duplicate!

Got one of my main ISOs!

I recently managed to get my first job and celebrated by getting mini Rosebud! I'd had my eye on her for months but she was so expensive, finally managed to buy her!

Average intakes for highly active people

I know of the recommended daily intakes for different nutrients (30g free sugars, 20g saturated fat, etc.) but how does this differ for highly active people? If, for example, you do 2-3 hours of cardio per day do the limits increase as exercise can prevent some of the health issues that could arise or not?

Hello! I got both Lauma and Nefer during this patch, currently in the process of building both and I'm not sure which artifact set to go for on Lauma and who else to put in the team.

Currently Lauma is using Blackmarrow Lantern.

I'm planning on running her with Nefer, who has Dawning Frost and Night of the Sky's Unveiling, and Columbina, who has Sacrificial Jade and Silken Moon's Serenade.

I was planning on using Deepwood Memories on Lauma, however I was also thinking of adding Nahida as the final teammate, who is using the same set. Would two characters using Deepwood work?

Alternatively, I could use another hydro character who can apply off field damage. I have Furina, Nilou and Yelan built well.

Not sure, any advice would be appreciated!

What type of keyboard has the most water resistance? I don't really have any other requirements except that it is suitable for gaming. I have a partner who *really* likes antibacterial spray and he destroyed my previous keyboard. Even if it's expensive, I'm hoping there's a keyboard out there that will survive the day it inevitably gets soaked.

I was getting my usual order of french toast crunch in and decided to order a box of cinnamon toast crunch waffle and captain crunch as well, no regrets!

As someone in the UK, captain crunch is nothing like anything we have here. It's incredibly sweet, kind of a golden brown sugary type taste? That's the only way I can describe it. The waffles have a different taste to curiously cinnamon (our version of CTC), they're a bit sweeter and softer. I already knew I liked french toast crunch, again I'm not sure how to describe it. Syrupy, very sweet again. It's all sweet.

Love the combination, although I have to say that even though I love sweet cereals it's a little overpowering of a combination for me to have that often. Might try mixing them with some of the ones I buy locally.

I have no formal diagnosis but a history of years of disordered eating which has morphed into something ARFID-adjacent. I hardly have any safe foods at the moment.

My current diet is mostly cereals and protein bars (cereals being fortified is a small win). I usually drink one nutritional supplement shake per day (30% of 13 different vitamins, 25-50% of 11 different minerals) and also have one nut bar. That's about it right now, I used to eat cheesy pasta based ready meals up until recently (my partner went shopping and they were out of my safe options, he made me eat a rice-based one and I lost the safe food).

I currently take a multivitamin and usually vitamin B1 and D but for unrelated reasons I can't access those two right now, I'm going to try getting them again.

I do tons of exercise to try and stay as healthy as I can but I feel like it's not enough. I'm thinking I could get myself to try a Huel bar in place of a standard protein bar (they seem to have 15-50% of recommended vitamin and mineral intakes) as they look like protein bars but seem better nutritionally.

I don't know what else to try at the moment. I'd be open to at least attempting to get more safe foods. If it helps anyone with ideas, the things I've always found it easier to eat are hard bars (protein bars, nut bars) and anything which comes in small, varied pieces (dry combinations of cereal, ready meals cut into little pieces). I won't cook, I hate the idea of "real food" (and hate that term even more) but I'd be fine with taking a few things and sticking them on a plate together.

I don't know, I thought I'd ask here because all of you will at least be understanding. If anyone has an idea of how to get more nutrition in I'd really appreciate it!
