Mitsuri, muchiro and tanjiro also kills hantengu with the demon slayer mark activated.

All demon slayer corp is then pulled into infinity castle. In the climax Zenitsu meets new upper moon 9 kaigaku fights and kills him. Tanjiro and giyu fights and defeats Akaza . Akaza backstory.

Finally gyomei enters the battle with Kukoshibo . Kukoshibo kills mitsuri and obanai but gyomei with genya/inosuke defeats Kukoshibo. (I changed match up because sanemi should defeat an upper moon just like other hashira. Top upper moon 2 and 3 killed one hashiras. Kukoshibo kills 2 hashiras. Genya/inosuke gets trained by gyomei so he assist him in fight as student and since he is battle hungry get to fight upper moon 1.mitsuri and obonai dies as couple their story is concluded here)

Season 8: Muchiro and yushiro find the upper moon 10 nakime. Muchiro uses spatial awareness technique find and defeats nakime and yushiro takes her power to control infinity castle and find Muzan. Later remaining hashiras giyu, sanemi, gyomei along with Tanjiro, zenitsu, muchiro, Kanae, genya/Inosuke fight demon king Muzan till sunrise. Muzan keep fighting kills sanemi, gyomei and giyu. Tanjiro kills Muzan but become demon king Tanjiro later saved by kanao, nezuko and others. Finally at sunrise demon slayer corp wins the battle with all hashiras sacrificed life for next generation . All the 5 survives battle.

Later Itachi and kisame escape and hebi encounter them suigetsu vs kisame, finally Sasuke vs Itachi. Obito appear in front of konoha 9 when they regroup. Itachi dies.

War Arc Obito have EMS to spam his phasing powers. Fewer soldiers, meaningful duels. Focus on legacy battles: Itachi vs shishui, Kakashi vs sakumo, Sasuke vs fugaku, neji vs his dad, konan also get revied, etc Major deaths are permanent (Guy, Tsunade, Killer B, Kimimaro, kabuto etc). Orochimaru never return, kabuto after defeat from Itachi uses reaper mask to call hokages. Minato don't have kyubi half neither kCM only perfect sage mode. Obito is ten tail Jinchuriki betrayed by black zetsu. No Indra/Ashura reincarnation. Madara is the final villain. Gai dies after opening 8th gate Madar takes one eyes from Kakashi and one rinnegan from black zetsu after killing obito. So obito give his EMS to Kakashi. Madara takes over call infinite tuskiyomi Team 7 mission to defeat madara. Kakashi never get perfect susanoo. He leads tactically. Madara sealed.
Naruto and Sasuke’s final battle is ideological, not cosmic. Naruto wins and becomes Hokage. Story ends definitively. No Boruto.
Raditz being Goku’s brother never really made sense, neither in terms of character development nor plot impact. The concept was introduced as something big, but it was never given proper justice in the story.
So here are some “What if?” alternatives that would have worked better:
This idea comes mainly from their hair and early Saiyan designs. In the Saiyan Saga, both Raditz and Vegeta had long hair. On Namek, Vegeta’s hair became the short, fixed style we see for the rest of the series, and in GT it becomes even shorter as he ages. This could have symbolized growth, maturity, and change over time.
2)Raditz could have been Vegeta’s elder brother (Vegeta Senior).
As the son of King Vegeta, Raditz being the older prince would mirror King Cold having both Cooler and Frieza. This would give Raditz higher status, explain his arrogance, and add more depth to Saiyan royalty and family politics.
3)Raditz could actually be Turles — the twin brother of Kakarot.
Because of Bardock’s genetics, both twins would naturally look similar. One twin (Goku) was sent to Earth and raised with kindness, while the other (Raditz/Turles) was raised among Saiyans and became evil. He could have been sent to Earth to locate Kakarot before Nappa and Vegeta arrived, making him a dark mirror of what Goku could have become.
