I am 29, MBA grad, currently working in our business, with lately so much competition and unethical practices, it's hard to survive.
Currently own capital invest- 2cr
Fd invested- 1.2 cr that's use for Security deposit (getting interest at 7% yearly)
own office- 1cr (so no rent)
bank OD- 2cr which interest n renew charges ends up with 7 to 9 lacs yearly
Yearly profits after expenses, tax, salaries n all
40 to 45 lacs net.
Shall I look into logistics, import export or any other field?
I can mortgage my home n gold too

I wonder why it's happening ever since mercury ad started, I start smoking 2 packs daily, stop gyming, no interest in dating or career or anything

In my place, ex Mr India used to give PT for 5k, and he had like 3 to 4 students each slot n really helped them to improve, few of my friends are in anytime fitness and they learned from him too, I am surprised that few of the gym charges so much

I am 29, running a business and earning decently to consider upper middle class, no plan to marry, so I have been thinking to have a decent net worth by mid to late 30s n retire early, I wanna settle in a different country, do you think it's reasonable if I can make up to 10 to 12 cr without liability?
I will be 30 this year, and I still remember the last day before covid we had our last college day and everything went online after that, 2020 to 2026, and we're close to halfway this year, I can't even truly process what I am doing ever since then.
