Should I get a trimui smart pro s for psp, dreamcast, and n64 games only?

I already have an Ayaneo pocket evo for high end emulation and game streaming. Brick hammer for gb, gbc gba, psx, snes, nes stuff.

New to the hobby, used to play LoR before and old yugi oh games on the gba. Question: Where can i try the game online before committing to buying a phyisical deck. We have local tourneys here in my city and would like to try a new hobby since I have a lot of free time right now.
