Also, side question. Does anyone know how to find out how recent the cert is for a CGC slab? The cert numbers are more confusing than PSA, who just serializes them. Trying to figure out when this was graded…

Nothing special at all but I don’t think I can ever let go of these. They aren’t worth that much anyway, even if I did. The base Nidoking was one of my favorites, I thought the “gold” holo was so cool back then and the Pokemon just looked bad ass.

I have given up collecting so many cards I want so I can inch closer to completing the first 3 sets in 1st ed. I can’t wait to complete it so I can chase other grails that I want, like skyridge, gold stars etc. I shall try to have patience.
One more buying spree and I’ll have 1st ed fossil complete
