Movement 3 months after the breakup

Hello! Taking this movement as a small success, considering that my specific person and I are long distance, and our last contact has been a pretty hurtful message on his side. Long story short (in case anyone happens to be in a similar situation), I broke no contact about two weeks ago and he answered me with multiple paragraphs on why he needs to pull away now in order to work on himself. Of course he isn't neutral about me, if he felt the need to avoid me for a while and then send me a message that probably took him almost an hour to type out. In it, he said things like "I can't talk to you after what I've done to you", but then he would say "I didn't block you or remove you anywhere and I won't do so either, life is short but it passes by slow and I can't be sure of the future". I took the fact he didn't slam the door closed as a positive sign and have been pretty consistent with my manifestation state. I rarely waver and just try to remain positive overall.

I haven't been putting a lot of conscious work into manifestation lately since I've been pretty caught up with my own life. I've been protesting a lot since my country is going through a sensitive period politically, and after being very inactive on Instagram, I reinstalled it to repost some educative content on my stories. He had never clicked on any, something that my friend and I think that it's just because he was scared of seeing me and feeling more hurt. He did say he hasn’t answered to my texts after the breakup because he was afraid. But today that changed! He viewed my latest stories!

This means there’s been a shift in circumstances. He’s engaging with something connected to me that he had previously avoided. He may be becoming more willing to expose himself to me emotionally, and curiosity about me may be overcoming his inclination to maintain distance.

The change happened without any conscious work to produce that particular event. I’ve just been living in the end as much as I can.

I’ll see this as part of the bridge of incidents and move on to continue keeping myself in my sabbath. Very happy and very grateful!

Come here, let’s make it yours

I wanna preface this by saying that this is a long post so if you’re busy right now, I highly recommend you save it for later! When you’re ready, find somewhere quiet, make yourself some tea, put your phone down, meditate, do some breathing exercises, or literally whatever helps you clear your head and settle into the present moment. If you're the type of person who absorbs content better by writing it down (like I am), get your pen and paper for whenever something in this post resonates or feels important to you. When you're ready, come back and let's get you what you want, right NOW.

‎

1) Laying the groundwork

First things first, if that last sentence made you feel even a little doubtful or resistant, consciously or unconsciously, don’t worry. You have tried multiple techniques, read an infinite amount of success stories, so why would this random post manifest what you want, and NOW? I’m going to break it all down for you first so we can clear up any doubts and make sure we’re all starting from the same place.

I don't want to spend a lot of time writing down the same things everyone always talks about online: "the Law is always acting, you're always manifesting, every decision is instant". While all that is true, I understand that really, truly absorbing all that as an immutable truth can be difficult. So I want you to ask yourself: "Why do I think my goal cannot be manifested by merely deciding it's done?". I know, I know; you're probably reluctant to do such boring work but trust me, it makes a big difference. Take your time with this one, and write down your answers if you have to so you can really reflect on what's in front of you.

Maybe some of your answers look like this:

>"I am struggling with depression/anxiety/OCD/trauma, etc. This makes it difficult for me."
"My circumstances are too complicated."
"I’ve tried many techniques before and they didn't work, so why would it work now?"
"It feels like I'm lying to myself."
"I'm too exhausted, burnt out, or overwhelmed to maintain a focused mental state."

Your mental state is valid. The emotional weight your reality has on you is valid. The disappointment you have faced with the Law so far is valid, whatever it may be. But remember: obsessively avoiding/denying your current circumstances doesn't erase them, it only feeds them power by keeping your attention anchored to the unwanted state. I’ve seen testimonials where someone's "coach" told them to actively lie and pretend they're with their SP to others, when in reality, they were not only drowning in the pain of separation, but also crushing themselves under the heavy weight of keeping up a fake facade. Not only is this detrimental to one's mental state, but it also goes completely against some core principles of manifestation.

Likewise, anyone who preaches that you need a perfectly positive mental state to manifest is just misunderstanding what a "mental diet" means. You can be prone to anxiety or overthinking and still gently tell yourself: "Hey, this thought isn't serving me right now". What makes a mental diet actually work isn't how hard you fight your bad thoughts, it's how seamlessly you redirect them in your favor. You'll notice that with time it only gets easier and quicker to return to the state you need to embody.

To stop struggling and exhausting yourself, you have to stop running. Realizing where you currently stand isn't failure, it's your starting line towards success. Once you acknowledge your current reality without fearing it, it loses every bit of power it has over you. Your 3D isn't blocking you, your fight against it is. Let's change the game.

‎

2) The two sides of "just deciding"

Most of the things I have successfully manifested, no matter how statistically unlikely they were, only came to fruition because I decided and detached (see this post for more on my recent success stories if you're interested). Yes, just like that! I'm proud to say that these required me zero effort. And you can do it too.

If you're resistant to the idea that merely telling yourself "It's gonna work out" is enough and that you actually don't have to affirm 500 times a day, fall asleep to subliminals and do SATS to theta waves, let me put it differently:

>Look at how absurdly easy it is for you to decide against yourself.

When you hear bad news or see an unwanted text, you don't sit there doing 500 affirmations to convince yourself that things are ruined. You just hear it, decide "Yup, this is bad" and instantly assume a reality where everything is working against you. Assuming that state is easy. So why do we convince ourselves that choosing a good outcome requires a full-time routine, perfection, and grueling mental gymnastics, while choosing a bad outcome takes zero effort at all?

That is the flip side of "just deciding". The mechanism you use to decide things are failing is the exact same mechanism you use to decide they’re working. You’re already a master at instant decision, you’ve just been giving all that power to the story that works against you. And why the hell would you not be thinking in your favor? If your brain leans towards the more logical and skeptical side of things, think about it like this: both the positive and negative outcomes are unproven assumptions right now, so choosing the one that works against you makes zero practical sense.

If you think that you have been leaning towards the more negative side of things, don't fret. Human emotion fluctuation is expected, but it's the persistence that's key. At the end of the day, nothing can actually ruin your manifestation. The only thing that interferes with your progress is your own decision that something did. Whatever you are aware of is true in your life.

‎

3) Detaching and the bridge of incidents

I've noticed it's a common thing that some people in this community will take "detachment" as becoming completely indifferent, or worse: giving up on your desire altogether. That's completely understandable, I've been there too! What "detaching" here means is simply letting go of control. It means you've dropped the panic. We just talked about deciding. Once you’ve made your decision, your only "job" is to stop treating your desire like an emergency. And this is where the magic happens.

Once there is inner conviction that whatever you want is already settled, the bridge of incidents starts to unfold. This means that whatever needs to move to bring forth your desire will move to bring forth your desire. Whoever needs to act, will act. Whatever needs to happen, WILL happen. The time it takes is not a delay, it's just the necessary sequence of events for the outer world to reflect your inner state. In a way, manifestation truly is instant: it just has to make things move after it began taking its course. Sometimes the gap between assumption and physical manifestation exists because the identity needs to strengthen further to become able to maintain it before the outer world reflects it completely. This way, the Law ensures that what manifests is durable rather than temporary.

When you think "everything is working out for me" for example and go on with your day, you are assuming the end. It can really be this simple. You don't need to conjure up intense emotional states or rehearse complex mental scenes to prove you're doing it right. Simply carrying on with your day under the underlying premise that the outcome is already locked in is the assumption. That's all detachment ever was: letting the bridge of incidents carry the weight while you step back and let reality catch up. Fancy, right?

Knowing is manifestation. Knowing is also what Neville meant when he said feeling is the secret: not an emotional high, but an unshakeable, quiet conviction that it is already done. When you truly know something, you stop searching for proof of it.

‎

4) Manifesting

We can break down the mechanics all day, but it ultimately comes down to one absolute truth.

Everyone is right because everyone is operating inside their own awareness and their own reality. Whatever you are aware of is what becomes true in your life. There is only you.

So, let's do this right now. Not after you read one more post, and not when you feel "ready." Right now. No more excuses, you already have all the power you need within yourself no matter the circumstances.

>Pick the exact desire you've been stressing over: the SP, the money, the job, the health, whatever it is no matter how specific or complicated. Bring it to the front of your mind. Write it down in big letters if you have to, or watch the words float in your mind as you close your eyes. Give your subconscious a tangible bridge to the conscious mind, so that your desire can cross it. You don't need to construct a vivid scene in your head. You don't need to force a wave of fake gratitude or tears of excitement. Of course, if any of these things help you feel yourself in the end, use them as tools to help you feel good in the state. But what I need you to do is simply make the quiet, calm, and undeniable decision right now that this outcome is yours. That’s it. It’s not an emotional outburst, it’s quite literally just a quiet declaration of fact.

>Understand what just happened: the moment you made that decision, the shift occurred. Just like we talked about, the bridge of incidents was set into motion the second your conviction locked in. Whatever needs to rearrange in the background is already beginning to move. Your only role from this moment forward is to stop standing in the doorway blocking the delivery. There's nothing else to learn. You are done begging the universe for blessings or hunting for the next great big technique on YouTube. You are the ultimate creator of your own reality, and you are so infinitely powerful that you can now realize how simple it all is. You're deserving of happiness. You're deserving of ease. Good things come to you so easily. Put your pen down, put your phone away, and go live your life knowing it is already done. Take a shower, drink some water, smile. It's done.

‎

If your brain feels a little full right now, that's completely normal. You just unlearned a lot of garbage that the internet has been pouring into your head for god knows how long. Don't try to memorize every word of this post, and please don't turn "deciding" into your new mental chore. You came here looking for clarity, and now you have it. The work is finished! Thank yourself for taking the time to sit down and to go through this very, very long post.

Also I need to say that I am not against techniques at all (now that I'm thinking about it, maybe it came off like that...). Techniques are simply tools to help you embody the state of the wish fulfilled, and whatever works for you goes. It's your reality after all! There are no rigid rules, only the ones you assume as true for yourself. The only trap is thinking a technique is the source of your power instead of just a vehicle for your own awareness.

I hope this was useful, and if it gets to help at least one person it will already be worth the few hours I spent trying to word myself properly xD I'll see you in your success story!

Just decide (success stories)

One time, I decided I wanted a specific vintage issue of a magazine that has been discontinued for over 20 years. Looking for it online was a bit of a hard experience, since I could barely find any being sold and the prices were, of course, ridiculously high. At some point all I did was think to myself: “whatever, I’ll find it eventually”. And then I went on with my life. A couple months later (not sure how long, actually), a friend asked me if I wanted to go to a secondhand bookstore. I wasn’t even particularly in the mood to go, but I went along anyway. And there it was: the exact issue I wanted, sitting right on top of a pile of books in a way that was practically impossible to miss. Funnily enough, it was unbelievably cheap as well.

This same friend was also the reason I managed to get my hands on a vintage designer bag I’d been searching for. Since it was relatively rare and pricey, I eventually just told myself “I’ll find it some other time”, and stopped actively looking for it. Some time later while we were out of state, my friend insisted we visit a particular store. On our way there, I happened to glance into another shop, and you can probably guess what happened next: the exact bag I’d been looking for was sitting right there on the counter.

These two situations are particularly interesting to me when it comes to thinking about the bridge of incidents, maybe because it’s so easy to see how everything had to fall into place. It wasn’t just that my friend happened to invite me to those places, there were all these little things happening outside of my awareness that ultimately led me straight to what I wanted. Someone had to pick up that specific magazine from one of those hundreds of messy shelves, decide not to buy it, and leave it sitting on top of a pile where I could easily spot it. The bag was much the same. The saleswoman had told me she’d taken it out of storage because it had been sitting there unsold for a while, and she wanted to put some older pieces on display to make room for fresh products. So many completely ordinary decisions, made by people who had no idea what I was looking for, somehow became the exact chain of events that brought both things right in front of me.

I had a similar experience when I really wanted to spend a semester abroad through an exchange program my university was offering. There was only one spot available and plenty of circumstances that could have gotten in the way, and at one point I knew there was a real possibility that things wouldn't work out in my favor. But instead of obsessing over everything that could go wrong, I decided to think in my favor (because why wouldn't I?). Whenever I felt doubtful, I'd just tell myself, “it's gonna work out.” And eventually, it did. Somehow, everything fell into place and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted.

All these things happened before I found out about Neville or the Law of Assumption, and looking back, they're just a few situations out of many many more that I would just assume as "luck" or "coincidences". What a coincidence it was, to find objects that were pretty much statistically impossible to come across randomly! Or how lucky have I been to get that exchange program opportunity, when there were issues that somehow did not get registered! (xD)

What stands out to me now is how little effort was actually involved. I wasn’t visualizing, repeating affirmations hundreds of times, or constantly checking whether what I wanted was coming. I think there’s something really important in the detachment I embodied without even being consciously aware of how powerful it is. I didn’t stop wanting the things I wanted, I just stopped treating their absence as evidence that I wouldn’t get them. And to be honest I don't think I even cared about the "how and when" at all, since wondering about those felt like allowing my energy to get drained for no reason. I just trusted that things would work out for me, and they did. And I think somewhere along the way all these experiences started solidifying into my self-concept: I am someone things work out for. I am someone who gets what I want. At this point, it feels like the belief has become self-sustaining. Everytime something I assume will happen actually does it strengthens my belief that things naturally work out for me. The more evidence I get, the more natural that assumption becomes.

The experiences and success stories I wrote here remind me of this one Neville quote:

>On reflection, it happens so naturally you begin to feel or to tell yourself, ‘Well, it would have happened anyway'.

You are more powerful than you think, and everything you need to manifest is already inside you. This is not a matter of knowledge or hard work, most things I have manifested have successfully materialized in my reality before I even knew about the Law. As a matter of fact, I found myself having a harder time when I started consuming a lot of manifestation content, but I'm working on it. So this is just a reminder that it really can be that simple. You can do this. You’ve been doing it all along, and it can only become more natural once you start trusting yourself, thinking in your favor, and letting things unfold.

Therapist 3P

To preface this, I want to add that I have never hurt my SP in any way, shape or form, we had an amazing relationship that only fell apart because of his own (many) unresolved issues. He hurt me pretty badly with the way he broke up with me, but since we have always been long distance, I pretty much refuse to let this go before we even get to experience this relationship in person. There is an opportunity for this in the future, which I will comment on later.

I broke no contact after two months, and he sent me paragraphs on paragraphs of apologies and explaining why he needs to keep himself distanced from me, because apparently in therapy they talked about how I am a trigger to all the people pleasing tendencies he needs to work on. He told me the therapist said talking to me will only “reset both of our healing”. This situation is extremely unfair in many aspects but I won’t really delve too much into it.

I’m having a very hard time dealing with this, and I know that someone is gonna say “this is the state you’re assuming for yourself!”… I’m simply just stating what I’m struggling with at the moment, doesn’t mean it’s fixed or that I’m assuming it can’t be worked on. Prior to this I had a very big, unwavering belief that we will be together again, that he will reach back again and fix things, that we will reconcile and finally meet through this opportunity I got to travel to near him. But now I am very much stuck in trying to micromanage his therapy, in a way. I have a lot of involuntary assumptions such as “healing takes time”, and stuff like that, which are in my view:

  1. Giving away part of my power to him and the situation
  2. Putting a timeline on things
  3. Expecting a course of events to happen so I can get to the end, instead of just living in the end

All in all, I believe I’m too caught up in the 3D circumstances because I do want him to heal, so not acknowledging this process is a difficult one for me. If anyone has any advice it would be very much appreciated :) I have a very analytical mind and have been prone to overthinking so I can get caught up rather easily in these little mental traps that are making manifestation unstable.

Note: In his messages, he also added that he did not block me anywhere or removed me, and he won’t do so because “there’s still a long time to live”. He also seemed to reiterate this uncertainty towards the future again a couple of times which makes me feel like he knows we are not done either, he just really doesn’t want to hurt me with promises he feels he can’t keep due to his current mental state. This makes me think my affirmation work prior to the messages haven’t been in vain!

Apparently all I needed was to trick my brain into trusting

I basically told myself about a week ago that I'd see a black cat in a specific spot in town whenever it meant that my SP was about to text me (2 months no contact). I simply decided and reminded myself about it like 4x max., and just went on to live with my life. Today, I saw the cat in the exact same spot I thought about. Despite being a bit freaked out that this shit is real, I kept calm and just told myself: "he is texting me today, then". I went on with my day. Three hours later I receive communication.

The text wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, but it doesn't really matter. What shocked me was how much the trust in the sign changed my state. Seeing the cat gave me something concrete that I could accept as confirmation, so instead of wondering "is it going to happen?" I simply went, "okay, then it's happening," and moved on. I think it was the trust in the sign and the certainty it gave me that really strengthened my manifestation of the outcome, if that makes sense.

I finally realized that I actually am powerful, and that trusting and letting go is the most effective and comfortable way for me to manifest. It's basically what I had been unconsciously doing before I even knew about the Law. Now all I have to do is use that same state to shift the situation between my SP and me. Very, very grateful!!

Mirrored numbers

I’m always seeing regular angel numbers, like 33, 333, 666, 4444, and 77, but it’s been weeks I’m coming across mirrored ones. They always seem to get my attention more. 2442, 2002, 1001, 1551. I’ve been seeing them on the clock for a couple of weeks now but yesterday I saw another one somewhere else entirely. How do you interpret them?

Dreamed about a specific shuffle and draw technique

I had a dream the other night where someone (don't remember who) was teaching me a very specific way to shuffle and draw tarot cards instead of my usual free-shuffling until cards jump out.

The method was:

Holding the deck by the long sides with both hands and using my thumbs to let the cards free-fall down so the two halves randomly interlock. The thumbs don't produce any tension that make the stacks bend, though. It's a soft, tension-free drop that the one in my dream described as "airy". Then, dividing the deck in two, putting the top half on the bottom. Last step is taking the top card, moving ("discarding") it straight to the bottom of the deck, and then taking the second card. That's my actual card.

I started using this method ever since, and it actually makes me feel more connected to the practice now. Does anyone know if this is an actual, pre-established thing? Does this technique have a name? I appreciate any insight!

I actually already knew how to manifest

Hi everyone! I’ve been officially on my SP manifestation journey for about a month now, and I’ve definitely already had my fair share of trial and error along the way. I thought I’d share some of what I’ve learned (and realized) so far, in case it helps someone see their own journey from a different perspective. Apologies for the long post!

My very first mistake:
As many here, my first instinct was to panic when the 3D first challenged me. Of course I was trying to repress the acknowledgment that I was, in fact, desperately affirming out of lack and fear. I thought that if I put just the right amount of energy into it, or maybe if I affirmed for hours on end, the 3D would simply reward me for my effort. Coming from a very religious childhood, you can probably see how my brain was wired to match this “deserving”, “giving” stance which allegedly helps you be granted with your wishes.

The natural second mistake that followed:
So I tried to rewire my brain and beliefs. I watched many videos by many different coaches/creators, I read multiple posts on here in different communities, all in hopes that by saturating my mind, the Law would just become ingrained in my brain. All it did was create confusion.

I spent more time being overwhelmed by the will to manifest in “the right way”, which to me seemed like a mythological revelation I could only have access to with the right amount of knowledge, than actually putting in the actual work. Turns out that content creators in fact do have different approaches, and so I was faced with so many different options I couldn’t just pinpoint this “mythical”, exact one I had been expecting. I felt frustrated, and honestly paralyzed for a couple of days without knowing what to do, but lucky for me I like a challenge.

First right move, week three:
I decided that if I didn’t make sense of the Law myself, I would never find exactly what I was looking for. As someone who tends to be very picky and logical, sometimes the way things are worded and explained make a big difference for me, and the different approaches I was coming across were just not doing it. So I grabbed a notebook and started writing.

I made a few diagrams to help organize and connect the main ideas I came across in the sources I was using. And after about thirty minutes of making sense of everything, I did get that epiphany moment I have been expecting all along.

I have actually been manifesting all my life
And the last thing I manifested came into reality about two weeks ago. Did I know I was manifesting? No. Have I been affirming for it, scripting, meditating, listening to subliminals, trying SATS or ANY other technique? Absolutely not. What have I done to make it reflect in the 3D? All I did was think in my favor, because why wouldn’t I? I just genuinely couldn’t see any reason for me to not get that exchange program spot. Sure, there were uncertainties, but how the hell would I know what was happening behind the scenes? All I could do was expect that it was gonna work out. And it did. (Sounds familiar? Movement is always happening in the background, whether you can see it or not).

So it hit me. All my life I have been thinking in my favor whenever I wanted a job, an opportunity, etc. I just thought of myself having it (again, why not?), forgot about it, and boom. Mine. I called myself lucky back then, but now I understand that it was just the Law functioning all along, because it is always working no matter if you’re knowledgeable or not. It’s just always there.

Manifesting SP
I am writing this post the morning after I came to this comical “great realization” I have been expecting all along. I initially assumed that manifesting my SP was obviously different than the other things I have manifested, because there is such heavy emotional energy attached to it, but this was just my victim mentality speaking (and trust me, dealing with a few mental health issues does make it seem like the emotional energy is suffocating). Manifesting SP is genuinely nothing special. The emotional overload, the sadness, the pain, the anxiety will only have a place in your manifestation if I say they do. Your person will only fit the dynamic you want with them if YOU want to. And then again, why wouldn't you want things to work out for you? We only live once. This is our only chance to live what we want to live, and experience what we want to experience. Why wouldn't you think in YOUR favor?

Assume it is yours, and it is yours. Don't fixate over it, because when you are dependent on your manifestation happening you are unconsciously repelling it. Be neutral about the current situation, and it will make things easier to change. And honestly, looking back at everything I’ve manifested throughout my life (university, jobs, multiple academic opportunities), I don’t think the method ever mattered as much as I thought it did. I didn’t need to know about SATS, scripting, affirmations, subliminals, or any specific “approach” to get the things I wanted before.

I simply wanted them, expected them to work out, and naturally thought in my favor. Yes, even when I was a little unsure and knew there was room for failure, I still just assumed things would probably work out for me. That was it.

The Law was working before I even knew there was a Law to learn. So why would I suddenly need a perfect technique, a perfect routine, or the “right” way of manifesting now? I don't. Methods can be fun and helpful if they make you feel good, but they aren't what gives your desire power. I’ve been doing this all along without even realizing it, and I think remembering that has made the whole thing feel so much simpler.

Guidance on layering spells

I’ve been waiting for my ex to message me for about a month now. Before anyone says anything, my ex and I had a pretty near perfect relationship, and didn’t break up because of a fight or anything. He just got extremely overwhelmed by a bunch of personal problems, which caused him to impulsively retract and isolate. I’ve been nothing but understanding even though I’ve been very hurt by the suddenness of it all. At the end of it (and to keep this post short) we agreed I wouldn’t message him anymore to let him focus on his healing, and he told me he would reach out. No matter if it’s days or months he said, he still would reach out sometime.

I performed two healing spells, one per week, then a communication one last week. I also made sure to use herbs on the gentlest side, and not send him any pressuring energies. But I admit that I am getting my impatient side get to me, cause unfortunately I do miss him very much, and still think that I do deserve some closure after he completely left me in the dark. Should I wait a bit more for the results? Or is it okay if I perform a regret spell or something, in about a week forward or so?

Saturation

How long should affirmation saturation sessions be? And do you use affirmations that focus on the long term goal or the short one? For example, I want to marry my SP but in the present moment I really want a text from them. Should I affirm “I am married to my SP” (which would naturally include the text happening) or simply something like “I am so happy my SP messaged me”? Would the second option manifest quicker, since less movement needs to happen in order for me to receive a text?

Personal struggles with robotic affirming

Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of content on robotic affirming, and I can’t help but feel tempted by how quick people say the results are. However, I feel like I have a personal belief that I just can’t seem to get rid of.

I am affirming for an SP, and even though I know this is a topic some people are tired of, I can’t help but feel like it goes against the idea of free will. Repeating things like “they love me,” “they are obsessed with me,” “they cannot think about anything else” etc. over and over can sometimes feel a bit invasive, as in forcing the person to think and act a certain way. I know the usual LOA explanation is that you’re not overriding anyone because people reflect your assumptions (and ofc using the robotic affirming to mold the subconscious), but it all still bothers me a little bit. I really love my SP and I can’t imagine approaching their energy with forceful intent, so it’s a bit complicated for me </3

At the same time, I really really want to get the fast results people seem to get from robotic affirming, so I’m kind of torn. My mind still feels resistant to the idea even though I want to try it. Has anyone else struggled with this? If so, did you find a way to get past that resistance? I’d love to hear how you guys approach it or any tips you have, or any explanations that might help me see things differently.

Noticeable results within 2 days

Hi everyone, just wanted to share a positive results experience I’ve had with layering boosters with my own affirmations. For context, I am extremely anxious and depressed, so I often deal with very sudden and intense wavering that it’s very hard to control. Needless to say that I’ve always been leaning to the unmotivated side of things, since for many, the presence of negative thoughts (even without intention) do get in the way of manifesting one’s desires into reality.

However I am not the one to give up, and listening to subliminals is so accessible and easy I decided to give it a go. I did some research in this forum and came across someone recommending layering a couple Absolute Power Subliminals boosters alongside your usual affirmation tracks.

I wrote out 100 affirmations for myself including self-concept, DF and SP affs, every single one of them very carefully worded and emotional in a way that deeply resonates with me. Then, I added to the sped up voice track APS’ Multidimensional Time Booster (available on YouTube), and the Self-concept and Self-image Healing (available on Patreon) in the back, totaling about 3 minutes.

I’ve listened to it very few times while commuting since yesterday, used it as background noise while at work and slept to it while on repeat last night. Today my day felt significantly more grounded. I was able to face a specific difficult situation with a lot more calmness than usual, felt less anxious/nauseous about the breakup with my SP and even got complimented by a stranger. I know these don’t sound like much, but just the fact that I didn’t overthink as much is already good enough for me.

Highly recommend trying APS’ boosters out! I will share other results as they come, if anyone is interested. Sending a lot of positive energies and luck to everyone’s way <3

Free DETAILED tarot readings!

EDIT: No limit as to how many readings I’ll be doing, since I received so many DMs. Will take this as a project of my own and try to answer as much as I can. Thank you all for reaching out!

Hi everyone! I am an intermediate La Vera Sibilla + Rider-Waite reader and lately I’ve been feeling called to offer some clarity to others, so I’ll be offering 5 free readings. 🤍

This is my very first time doing this on here, so I will try my best to get to everyone in a short amount of time. I really like to dive deep into all cards and their relation to one another, so my readings can get a bit time consuming. All I ask in return is an honest, complete feedback so that I can continue to grow and refine my practice.

DM me with one question, with or without context, and if I feel drawn to you you will get a 5 card pull (3 R-W and 2 Sibilla) and the best explanation/advice I can give you. Make sure to add the initials of everyone involved.

Thank you, and have a blessed day!

Taking subliminal requests!

Hello there! I have been making subliminals for myself for a while now, and got quite a few good results already. I was thinking of sharing them in a YouTube channel to help more people, so I am taking requests!

I like doing some energy work whenever I make these, so I won’t make any obsession subliminals or anything with overly forceful wording. I take this very seriously so I like to be careful, I hope you understand. :)

If there’s something you’d like to see, feel free to leave a request! I can’t promise I’ll make every single one, but I’ll definitely take them into consideration. Thank you <3

On creating your own spells

Hi! I am relatively new to witchcraft and I’ve only done a few cleansing and protection spells for myself so far. One of my biggest concerns has been knowing what (and who) to trust, but a brief conversation with someone more experienced in the practice helped me realize that intention is what matters most, and that you can always create your own spells. I feel like having a personal connection to something you’ve created yourself can make the intention behind it feel even more meaningful.

What I really want to do right now is a spell to send someone a bit of mental clarity, confidence and self-esteem. I haven’t found much specifically about this, so I figured I could probably create my own spell around that intention. How does one go about creating a spell from scratch? Does anyone have any book recommendations that go over correspondences (herbs, colors, candles, chants/incantations, sigils, planets, days of the week, so on and so forth) so I can learn what different things traditionally represent rather than just following pre-written spells? I’d really like something comprehensive that I can use as a reference while developing my own practice. Thank you!

Struggling with anxiety and intrusive thoughts

Long story short, I got broken up with about a month ago, and I’ve been in no contact for a week now. I found out about manifestation and law of assumption around fifteen days ago, and since then I’ve been listening to subliminals (and making my own), writing my own affirmations, and trying to stay consistent with immersive affirming sessions around twice a day. Honestly, working on my self concept feels amazing, scripting feels real and exciting, and I am so sure of the outcome that it makes me feel extremely confident. But then I start wavering.

Throughout the day, I’ll suddenly get these intense waves of anxiety when I least expect them. Maybe it’s because all of this is still very new to me but I’m still pretty devastated over the situation, and sometimes it feels like all of those feelings just come rushing back at once. What’s especially difficult is how sudden and irrational it is. I can be completely fine one second (hanging out with friends, taking a shower, working, literally doing anything) and then out of nowhere my mind spirals and I feel completely overwhelmed by everything. The situation with my SP inevitably gets pulled into it too, and suddenly I’m thinking about the distance, the breakup, everything that could go wrong, etc. Realistically, the situation between SP and I isn’t even that bad. But then all of this starts feeling almost impossible to control because it happens so quickly, and trying to force myself out of it or immediately “fix” my thoughts often just makes me more anxious. I’ve also developed this immense fear that these intrusive thoughts or moments of anxiety are somehow going to ruin everything I’ve been affirming, so I end up getting anxious about being anxious, if that makes sense. It becomes this horrible cycle where the more I worry about having the “wrong” thoughts, the more overwhelmed I feel. (I’ve seen many people saying that “doubts” and negativity delay the results in the 3D, and although I have also seen people firmly affirm against this, my mind inevitably goes into the worst case scenario)

For those of you who have been through something similar, how do you deal with these sudden waves of anxiety and intrusive thoughts? Do these moments actually affect or delay what shows up in the 3D (I keep seeing different takes on this)? I’d really appreciate hearing from people who have struggled with this and found a way to feel better :) Thank you!

Going through a lot of anxiety when thinking of SP

For context, we broke up about a month ago, but it’s been five days we are completely non contact. I’ve been trying to work on myself as much as I can: I write down my affirmations whenever I need grounding, do guided meditations most of the nights before sleep (I feel especially sad at night), and do my best to take care of my mind and body.

Maybe it’s because I’m new to manifestation (and new to breakups too, since this is my first one), but I whenever I think of my SP I can’t seem to “detach” enough, or make it to a mental state that’s clear and grounded enough for me to manifest him. I keep getting this deep feeling of sadness and anxiety, almost as if I get trapped by a sense of impending doom. Once again, I believe it’s because it’s all too new and intense. So does anyone have any tips on how to deal with that? Is there any way I can more confident when manifesting my SP?

Edit: I don’t feel like I lack belief in the practice, it’s just that I’m having a hard time controlling my emotions whenever I think (or am reminded of) my SP.

Will he come back?

Pulled the King of Cups when asking this question. For context, he distanced himself from me and said he cannot be in a relationship right now due to his many unresolved mental/emotional issues. I know he has been struggling so I can see the water/emotional energy almost literally so, considering he had been crying about his struggles to me for about a week.

I am seeing this as a sign of his new emotional journey, yet I am still struggling with the “coming back” part. Yes, he did not entirely leave — I mean this in a more relationship type of way. I am trying to interpret the card as a favorable outcome driven by emotional maturity (which might come in a months timeframe, given the water suit), but then again, I am always a bit scared I am being biased in my views. Second opinions are very much appreciated!

Start working in Europe as an architect?

Hi! Im wondering how difficult it is to start working in Europe as an architect? I’m a Brazilian student graduating in about 1 year, and plan on moving abroad since many close friends and family are now living there.

I have over two years of internship experience (and counting), fluent in three languages and have some published articles to my name, but even so I fear that not having any EU citizenship can make it all much more difficult. There is also the fact that some countries require licensing examination for architecture graduates to legally practice the profession.

Would firms in Europe be reluctant to these circumstances? Would it be more beneficial to take a course or a masters there first, and then try getting into the market once I’m settled through studying? I know this is a rather general question as things vary a lot depending on the country, but I am mostly looking to assess possible outcomes right now.

Thank you!
