How do you guys deal with delivering on sketchy rural highways with tons of blind hills and curves?
My route has me going through the sticks and some of these roads are straight up dangerous. I'm made to deliver to houses with long gravel driveways up steep hills off of two-lane roads with high speed limits where I can't see any oncoming traffic. You usually have to turn a bit wide into the other lane in order to make it up the driveways so if there's a car coming, you're fucked.
Often there are no turnarounds and I am forced to pull an Austin Powers 100-point turn to avoid reversing onto the main road. If I can see the house from the road, I'll usually just say fuck it and park in the road with my hazards but even that's a bit iffy sometimes. You just have to pray someone doesn't slam into you. Most houses I can't even see from the road though, sometimes I'm literally rock-crawling in the Amazon van to get to some of these customers houses, it's insane. Have to keep it in low gear or you'll get stuck cause the vans have no traction.
Reversing into the driveways isn't usually an option because the traffic behind me cannot see until they're right behind me. The other day some guy in a pickup truck almost rear-ended me at 55 mph as I was slowing down to make a turn. The only reason he didn't hit me was because I saw him behind me burning tires trying to stop, so I kept going. How do you guys deal with shit like this? Will my DSP get on my ass for marking a stop "unsafe to deliver"?
Is it normal to get a buffalo hump from years of squatting or is it just me?
I'm 22m, and have been competing in Olympic weightlifting since I was 12. I always thought this was normal until I started getting comments about it, but I seem to have developed a decent-sized fat pad right about where you'd place a barbell for a high-bar squat. The lump is about the size of a tennis ball and kinda makes me look like a neanderthal with a bad case of nerd neck, but I know it's not posture related since I can feel it and it's soft. I guess all those snatch balances, behind-the-neck jerks, drop snatches, and back squats really took their toll. Has anyone else gotten this too?

youtu.beIs it correct to use "that" in place of "in which" or "where"?
I notice a lot of people tend to use the word "that" to link a relative clause to a noun; in sentences or phrases where it seems better to use something like "wherein" "in which" or "where". My previous sentence is a good example. I say "in phrases where" but I might hear someone else say "in phrases that", but that sounds off to me. Most of the time I would just use "where" only because "in which" sounds overly formal in everyday conversation. What is the most correct phrasing?
Did I experience a Gallbladder attack?
This morning I got this severe, debilitating pain in the upper right quadrant of my abdomen. I thought it was gas at first but the pain kept getting worse to the point where my vision went blurry and I started getting dizzy, as though I could faint at any moment. It felt just like a vasovagal response, I was super clammy and looked pale as a ghost.
I drank some water and laid down on a bench for about 5 minutes when the pain suddenly went away and I felt fine. I've never had an episode like this before so it was strange. I also felt absolutely fine just before it happened, there was no warning or anything. The whole thing lasted about 15 minutes. Does that sound like a Gallbladder attack? Could I have gallstones or something? I can't imagine what else could've caused this to happen.
I can't stand those people who act like know-it-alls in training
They can't help themselves, they just have to let everyone know that they've worked there before. Like, we get it already. How hard is it to swallow your damn pride for a day or two and let the trainer do their job?

youtu.be(22m) Does this look like Cushing's?
I've noticed I have a pretty large Buffalo Hump, the mass is about the size of a softball and very noticeable. I don't think it's posture-related since it's soft. Is this cause for concern?
(22m) What's this hideous mass at the base of my neck?
(22m 200lb 5'10") I have a massive lump the size of a softball at the base of my neck. I doubt it's related to posture because it's soft and still visible when I stand up straight with my back against the wall. I have Hypothyroidism, but I don't think this is a symptom. I did compete in weightlifting in the past since I was about 12 years old and I was made to do squats most days. Could long-term repeated pressure on the area have caused it to build up like that?
