I have a very important exam in few months. But I am not at all able to study . I am just toooooo lazy and numb .

I stay at home alone so environment is not an issue . I am comfortable otherwise .

But I am very much addicted to my phone . Like on an average screen time easily cross 13/14 hours .

When I wake up i scroll reels which then spoils my mood for studying .

Pls give advice on how to study properly.
