our favourite spots: the taverna was the best food we had on the island! like home was a fun rooftop vibe (more of a club/bar atmosphere!) Agios Georgios beach (Παραλία Άγιος Γεώργιος) with a towel and a deck of cards was amazing. the aegean was even warm enough in may for us to get in!! we went to the venetian castle and had coffee at avaton (the old ursuline school!!!) and went to the free museum. also the temple of apollo was LOVELY during sunset. we also shopped in the little plazas up above the sea front shops.

it was a car-free trip, it was relaxing, gorgeous, and perfect. hope this helps people planning trips to naxos. we can’t wait to go back :)
