Garlic, like, a lot of it

Must have jumped in my Costco cart. I have 40 heads of garlic. I didn't choose it, it chose me lol...I would never have bought this willingly.

I can roast a few heads. I can make infused oils. But...then what? Can I store garlic heads in panty hose or something? Chop and freeze? Confit?

Maybe donate to a food bank?

I feel like Max in the Lost Boys. I LIKE garlic, it's just...a bit much...

Please help if you can! Thanks in advance

Edit: thanks for all the advice!! There's so much to do here! 🧄

Black rice

Hi! Just joined because i got black organic rice for soup, and it looks like i cooked the whole pot in Penzoil.

It's chicken soup, people.

Look, I might have had expectations that the rice wouldn't color my entire pot like a tortured squid, but it's too late now.

What do I need to know about this next time? I'm about ready to chucklefuck this ingredient in the garbage bin.

...help

Edit: thank you!! I didn't use this right. But thanks to everyone, I have better plans

Eggs. All these undesired eggs

If this is a repost, sorry...but Ed kemper offered--demanded, but subtly--that Holden have an Ed sammich.

Later, when Holden meets Gunn, omelet.

I dunno if I'm reaching. Seems like unwanted eggs would have figured into Holden's future when a favorable impression is needed.

I was checking out the best ice cream post, and I LOVE ice cream. But there's gotta be some flavors you tried and denied!

I'll go first: rum raisin was just awful. Cold raisins 🥶

Close second: pistachio (I expected a lot, so it might be worse)

What did you just...fail to enjoy?

Hi there! I, like some, have extended and unbelievable student loan debt and I haven't been able to see any progress...

But i have an asset (inheritance) that can cover it in full. It's in disbursement. I would like to pay in full but is that smart? If i contact them, will they negotiate if a full payment is forthcoming? Should I pay a giant chunk and negotiate monthly payment after?

The asset isn't huge, but student loan is my only huge debt. I think it's split across several lenders. Otherwise I don't have credit built much at all. Finance is a game I've never dared to play (as my puzzlement indicates).

If anyone out there has wisdom, I appreciate you in advance
