Back in late August I switched my two registered accounts from RBC Direct Investing to TD Direct Investing. Both accounts only hold XDIV ETF. Everything’s in order and even the dividend payments from end of August were transferred to TD. But this month I still haven’t received the dividend payments in my TD accounts. I already enrolled in DRIP for both but didn’t find any dividend related activities. When I was with RBC the DRIP for XDIV was usually completed in 1-2 business days. How long does the DRIP process usually take at TD?

My dad has some XEQT in his RRSP and non-registered account at RBC direct invest. He wanted to consolidate his banking and investment in BMO. Has anyone tried transferring XEQT between banks? What are the fees like? Does it depend on number of accounts or shares? How long will it take? And will it trigger any capital gains (or loss)? When he files taxes next year, would he need to consolidate the XEQT related tax receipts from the two banks? Hope it won’t be a big hassle to do so. Thanks!

Looking to switch from Telus to Rogers if similar speed and/or lower prices. The sales rep at one of the Wireless Wave locations here in Vancouver told me the following…

- No technician is needed for Rogers installation. They can ship me a modem for $29 and I will simply need to unplug the fibre line from the Telus modem to the Rogers one. Currently using Telus 1G.

- When asked if it’s true fibre to my apartment, the sales rep said yes.

By the way they also offer additional discount if I opt for pre authorized payment and switch my phone plan to Rogers/Fido.

Is it worth switching to Rogers? The combined monthly price is about $15 lower than Telus.

Planning to get a split keyboard for a change and better ergonomic. Is anyone using the space between the split kb for the mouse? It might work if the mouse dpi and sensitivity is high enough. I only use my computer for work and web. Not gaming though.

Considering getting either one for work. I read many customer reviews and docs on different sites but still can’t figure out the following… Hope someone can help me out here. Thanks in advance!

1. Key chatter or key stuck/repeat issue. Is this rare across both models? How does ASUS customer support typically deal with this problem? Is it covered by warranty?
2. Amoury Crate Gear: lots of complaints about the Amoury Crate software but is the lite version Gear better? And how?
3. MacOS compatibility: Apparently Azoth supports it. What about Strix?
4. ChromeOS compatibility: any idea if it’s supported by both?

I’m considering getting the MX Mechanical keyboard (probably the one with numpad). Saw some comments online about broken keycaps. Any idea if the keycaps are covered by Logitech’s warranty within the 2-year period?

Hi everyone. I’ve been using my MX Master 3S since 2024. I suspect the left button is sometimes stuck intermittently. Why? I noticed a few (random) times after I single clicked on a cell in a Google Sheets file and then moved the mouse somewhere else the highlight would follow the mouse as if I intended to select multiple cells. It doesn’t happen all the time. Maybe a few times in the last two weeks. I primarily use Google Sheets on my office ChromeBook (8-9 hours a day for work… yeah I know lol). Don’t recall the same issue using Google Sheets on my personal MacBook but I rarely spend more than half an hour. I really like the 3S. It’s currently 30% off at Amazon.ca and Logitech Canada. I wonder should I get a new one as an insurance, a rather expensive policy tbh lol

Hi everyone, I like my MX Key S keyboard. Battery lasts a long time, easy connectivity to 3 different devices via Bluetooth, numpad.

The only thing I wish is more travel on the keys. It’s easy for me to mistype as I hit the keys by accident. I dont want to use the mechanical keyboards as the keys are quite loud. Are there any good Logitech wirelesss keyboard alternatives that offer similar features as the MX Key S?
