I have literally no tools besides a few power drills and hand saws. I’ll probably make a solid body electric guitar if that changes anything. I’m open to buying a premade neck but would prefer to make my own. I know I should probably get a drill press, some sort of sander, various fretting tools, rasps, a soldering iron, and some kind of bigger saw. Where do I start? Can I rent tools somewhere? Do I buy a neck premade? How much will tools cost?

I wonder how this would sound mixed with a bridge piezzo. Especially out of phase
