This map depicts a universe where Germany won WW1. Cliche, but I tried to make it unique. This student in Britain is studying German for a foreign language class.

Despite the central powers victory, Austria-Hungary still collapses in mid-1922. Austria and Hungary still retain some of their core territories, but nations like Illyria and Galicia achieve independence, and Romania annexes Transylvania. Galicia and to a lesser extent Austria are now in the German sphere of influence.

Germany keeps Belgium and Luxembourg as puppets, though they are little more than buffer states between them and France. Germany also gained colonial territories from France, most notably being Morocco, as is depicted in the bottom left of the map.

The Russian Empire still collapses like in our timeline with various states breaking free. Poland and Balticia fall into the German sphere of influence, with Balticia using German as a lingua franca between Lithuanian, Latvian, and Russian speakers. Poland keeps Polish as its sole official language. Ukraine and Belarus see more autonomy in this timeline as Russia collapses before the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk would have been proposed.

During the war, the Basque Country declared independence from France, and the revolt spilled over into Spanish Basque. Friesland also revolted from the Netherlands due to economic struggles following the war.

I understand that he came off as rude and wasn’t a great father to Tyler, both of which I understand why people don’t like him. I’m not sure why but I always felt sympathetic to his character, and I felt toward the end he redeemed himself through his interactions with Wednesday and Gomez, as well as him standing up to Tyler when he was a Hyde. I thought his death was sad also, I wish they kept him around.
