Simply curious about how everyone is with this medication. What it helped imprpve and not improve over time. Do you have to wait for it to kick in before you start a task at work or elsewhere then it helps you maintain focus on that task etc?

Hi all, just info dumping for anyone that may wonder or wants to chime in :)

TL:DR Left on 50mg, some improvement but not what i wanted out of it form wht i've seen others get out of it. is it over? i don't know.

On medikinet XL for i think 4/5 weeks now. increasing in dosage weekly from 20mg upto 50mg.

I'm stopped on 50mg, because i submitted HR annoyingly during a weird panic episode? (refuse to call it panic attack because it feels no where near what others describe them as being.). So i just say heightened panic.

My HR was 120bpm, blood pressure normal, after that they said right, we need to monitor your HR stay on 50 submit the data. turns out on 50mg, my heart rate goes from a resting 70-80, to like 95-105. not really over 100 though. and they've seen improvement in my wellbeing also so they are happy to stop me here. turns out it is the average people are left at.

on 50mg, i do feel more energetic, talkative, mood is lifted up, excited to talk to people about stuff when usually i really cba. That is what i have noticed while trying to think about it. the notes i made with chatgpt to help me notice differences easier for my check-ups are:

Easier to start tasks. Less task hopping kind of.

Better memory recall, less brain noise. i still feel i think very quickly though.

When my topic changes during a convo or the classic of tasks building on themselves, i do remember to go back and complete the original task more often now. which is a plus.

Things that haven't changed much or at all i think:

Time blindness, no matter what, for decades i cannot get this right. luckily work are lenient and i have comfortably been late to work almost every day by about 5-15 minutes sometimes more. Luckily the work is always done though and they understand my spot i think.

Still hard to start things i know need to be done at work. (mostly filling, which has no deadline). but still annoying. from what i read, heard and was told, i thought this would become much easier for me.

plans, appointments etc. still forgotten often without constant reminder. and too anxious, focused on a trip that will be done Saturday, stress about it all week and cannot do anything remotely relaxing until that task is done and over with.

So there is improvement, but aswell as that i, still struggle with quite abit. maybe it'll change maybe it wont. i don't know if this journey is over now and im just on these meds for the rest of my life we'll find out.

Wondering what you have all found with the artifacts being given us now and what light and darkness you found pairs best with eachother?

Ofcourse theres the fire and ice combo that is a staple everywhere you go. But what have you all found aswell as that?

I've seen theres possibly something with void and strand working together well? stuff like that. other than that not looked too deep into it yet.

Hu all, thought i would get some insight frpm more experienced people than me. Tankfest is this weekend, and i am driving frpm midlands down there. Furthest i have ever driven in one go so far was like midlands to hull. 80-90miles? This is MUCH further than that, its gong to be along day of drivong, walking and enjoying the event with my dad (doesnt drive). Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Anything at all.

Got meds i have to take etc, like ADHD meds and things i that matters for anythong just thorwing it in there. (Non drowsy stuff and hayfever).

I was wondering what function or feature or detail, small things or anything like that. Ultimately got cut for whatever reason?

This stemmed from me knowing, talking and just hearing stories about during development, where things are more lax than it is when you close to a deadline etc that devs just, make things in the game that are perfectly functional features but they just get cut. it all ends up ofcourse being smallish things that i heard of but they are features that i would've loved to be in the game anyway just cus immersion. So all you beautiful devs, whats got cut tat you liked/made for wahtever reason that you CAN disclose ofcourse. don't want anyone getting in trouble.

Hi all, been with youfibre for a think a year or more now.

recently i noticed after i was getting connection issues while gaming, that my NAT type was showing as MODERATE. Which is not nice and causes issues, apparently this is from youfibres CGNAT use? Getting the static IP upgrade solved the issue for many, but not all, then switching ports to an ipv6 port for ethernet users, (my pc). Changes it to open again too. i do not know how this is done properly, i've forwarded ports before but a non static IP will change nothing if i did this.

Anyone know what i should do?

Brok is the only thing im still not sure on what would happen to him. Sindri only managed to get 3 pieces of his soul back. (Hence hes blue). The other piece is still in...helhiem? I think. So hes incomplete. Thus invisible to the mermaid. And because he then re-died but not a complete soul. I do not know what would happen to him. 

 

Like Garm and Fenrir. Garm was defeated, and 1 piece of fenrirs sould got into Atreus's knife. The then put that piece inolto Garm and then Fenrir came back. But i also wonder what truely is with Fenrir since

 Its just 1 piece of his soul. Not 3 or complete at all.

I've seen quite a few comments after this update through various questions and helps etc. That so many people are happy they can just play the game without any fear of fomo and they can play when they want, get the gear they want without the fear of losing their chance to get it and honestly I'm also in the same boat.

I've never been so excited to play the game before like this where i can do everything i want to do. when i get chance to do it and farm for what i want without the looming threat of. it's gunna go.

If they do ever do anything with destiny again. Stick to this feeling please. Just do yearly expansions. I'll be happy with that.

With the title as is, this headset i purchased a couple days ago, is very uncomfortable to wear for more than maybe an hour at most without moving it to a differant position on my head as it gets painful (i'm Bald). Is there a way to make them much more comfortable anyone know?

Purchased a HEDDPHONE D1, easily the most expensive headset i ever bought. Do i need to find a good DAC/AMP thing i've heard about to get the most out of this headset while gaming on my PC etc? If i do, what do i need to get that will not break my bank. Further than this did.

I want to make sure everything works best it can especially for this price. Any and all help is greatly appreciated

Have my PC for few years now. RTX ASUS TUF 4080 inside. We had these massive hotspot thermals over 100c during end of December and underload temps of 72c max overall. We decided to open it up, change the thermal pads and apply new paste. I used Noctua NT-H1 thermal compound as a replacement. Re-assembled and boom hotspot fixed.

Now yesterday 4/5 months later. hotspots returned and it wasnt under much load again and temps again were good. I heard of something called "pump out". My thought now is that the thermal paste i used wasn't really made for larger GPU dies and has been pumped out from a spot on the gpu and causing the hotspot again.

I am going to attempt for a 2nd time to repaste it. This time with kingpin cooling KPX compound.

Could this finally fix it, or am i wasting my money and its the wrong paste again or something else?

Only in week 2 myself so im very early.

Just wondered what everyones settled doses are daily or otherwise after titration early stages?

40, 50, 80, 100mg? Instant release? Slow? Half n half? I know evetyone will be differant ofcourse. Just curious.

Decided i am going to make a sort of physical binder collection of each pokemon. But only ARs, SARs, IR, SIRs that are as if a photographer took them or in a realism setting. Turns out quite a few pokemon do not have Illustration/Art rares yet. which helps my wallet somewhat.

Gunna use toploader binders etc. Primarily Japanese (Cards are just such better quality).

What cards do you guys think should be in this project?
