I'll say it.
The V16 doesn't get the respect it deserves.
Every review I see is like:
"Plastic chassis."
"Average display."
"Not a premium laptop."
And yeah, okay — fair points. But let's be real for a second.
🧠 Here's Why the V16 Deserves More Love
1. Price-to-Performance Ratio Is Insane
You're getting Intel Core 7, RTX 50-series graphics, and a 144Hz display — all at a price that won't make your wallet cry. Try finding that in a Razer Blade or an XPS.
2. It's a Sleeper
No flashy RGB. No "gamer" logos. It looks like a boring office laptop. That's actually a flex. You can bring it to a meeting, a lecture, or a coffee shop without looking like you're about to stream Fortnite.
3. It's Surprisingly Durable
Military-grade durability? On a budget laptop? Yes. It's plastic, sure — but it's tough plastic. I've dropped mine. It survived. Can't say the same for some metal laptops I've seen.
4. The Community Is Growing
We're here. We're building something. And that alone makes it better than any laptop that doesn't have a community behind it.
🗣️ Your Turn
Do you agree? Is the V16 underrated?
Or am I just coping because I didn't want to spend $2000 on a laptop?

So basically, I'm a Bac Technique student this year, and I'm thinking about continuing my higher education in France. I'd like to ask those with experience about the biggest challenges they faced — especially the difficult steps in the process, financial planning, and anything else I should be aware of.
Any advice or personal experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Let's share what accessories are you using with your V16?
🎒 My Essentials
· Laptop sleeve – Gotta protect that military-grade plastic
· Cooling pad – Keeps temps down during long gaming sessions
· Power bank – 63Wh battery isn't forever
· USB-C hub – More ports = more freedom
🗣️ Your Turn
· Got a favorite cooling pad?
· Using a laptop stand for better posture?
· External keyboard + mouse gang?
· Any weird accessories that actually work?

McLaren's Oscar Piastri has vented his frustration after his Belgian GP was compromised by early contact with Ferrari's Charles Leclerc. The Monegasque damaged Piastri's front wing when defending at the end of the Kemmel Straight, but went unpunished on his way to a P2 finish.
Battling for P3 on Lap 8, Piastri tried a move on the outside of Leclerc as they entered Les Combes, but the Ferrari driver seemingly moved across the McLaren man, resulting in contact and damage to Piastri's MCL40.
However, the stewards ruled no further action on the incident, explaining that since Piastri's front axle was not ahead of Leclerc's at the corner, the Aussie had "no possibility" of an overtake, and that the Ferrari driver did not intend to "crowd" Piastri off the track
Location:Tunisia , Sousse
Soil: Very rocky, shallow, and well-draining (not waterlogged—standing water in photo is temporary surface runoff).
Tree Age: Approx. 25+ years old, variety unknown.
Noticed this large, irregular, woody protrusion completely encircling the crown/root collar. It is hard as rock, heavily fissured, and brown/orange in color. The canopy looks surprisingly healthy, but I'm concerned about the structural integrity of the graft union and future vascular flow.

So I recently bought a brand-new ASUS V16 with an Intel Core 7 240H and an RTX 3050. Everything seemed fine at first, but I've been experiencing this weird stutter in almost every game I play. I decided to dig deeper into the issue, and here's what I found: while gaming, the GPU frequency randomly stops working for a split second, then jumps back to normal. To give you a clearer picture — it'll be running at around 60% usage, then suddenly drops to 0% in under a second, causing a noticeable freeze or hitch, and then goes back up again. This happens repeatedly during gameplay.
Now I'm stuck wondering — is this a hardware defect and I should return the laptop while I still can? Or is it more likely a software/driver-related issue that can be fixed with a tweak or update? I've already tried a few basic things like reinstalling drivers, but nothing has helped so far.
Has anyone else with an ASUS V16 or similar specs experienced this? If you've found a fix, please share it. I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thanks in advance!
So I recently installed the new NVIDIA RTX 3050 driver (version 610.62), and ever since then, every game I play stutters and freezes constantly. Everything was fine before this update. Has anyone else experienced this issue with this specific driver? If you have any fixes or suggestions, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
So, a while ago I got a new laptop, but Windows problems started chasing me. Let me get straight to the problem: when I set the power mode to Best Performance in Power & Battery, after some time it automatically switches back to Best Efficiency. The same thing happens with the power plan — when I select the Best Performance plan, it just removes it and switches back to the Balanced plan, any help ?
So, let's go directly to the problem. I had a normal laptop with low specs, and it could run Brawlhalla smoothly. But recently, I got a new laptop with higher specs (Intel Core i7-240H and RTX 3050), and I'm getting nervous because Brawlhalla is the only game that has micro-stuttering! I've tried everything, and nothing works. I also tried installing a fresh Windows, and that didn't work either. I'm hopeful you can give me some advices. Thanks!
