AITAH for telling my aunt (Aunt 1) that I consider her my only aunt, and venting about Aunt 2 for being toxic and dismissive?

I overheard Aunt 2 saying that I was greedy, that I actually hate my husband, and she's also said hurtful comments to my face — weren't far off from judging me for being a revert.

I felt bad, because I did the same thing she did — talking about her behind her back. Aunt 1 was understanding about it, she said "but we know that's how Aunt 2 is"... but I no longer consider her my aunt.

Aita for speaking bad about her sissy ?

AITAH for snapping at my aunt ?

I (27F) am planning my own engagement party and told my family I want something smaller and more intimate, not a huge guest list. My cousin (25F) had hers recently and just went along with a bigger crowd, no pushback, no complaints.

My aunt didn't love that I wanted something different and kept bringing up my cousin — "she never made a fuss, she just went with it" — basically implying I was being difficult for wanting my own thing to look different to which i said i didnt care but with a noticeably sharp tone. Not proud of how it came out..

Now there's tension, and I feel a bit guilty about the tone even though I don't think I was wrong for wanting my own event to reflect what I want.

Edit: to be clear, I have zero issue with how my cousin chose to celebrate. I just don't want my choices measured against hers every time I try to set a boundary.

AITA for spending an hour talking to my man about something that happened 8 years ago involving his best friend?

My mans best friend is a girl that made me go through hell 8 years ago. We weren't together back then, he barely knew the details, and he actually defended me when the drama was affecting him.

Senior year, I switched schools and made new friends who were connected to three girls. They ganged up on me for a whole year calling me names mentally, vyberily and emotionally abusing and bullying me. People would screenshot it and send it to me. I cried coming home that whole year. It was bad.

I never asked my man to drop her. I even agreed to hang out with her for his sake.

Recently I finally told him the full story — talked for about an hour since there was a lot to explain. I also called her lame/cringe and said she's not "our style," which I regret since that's not really me or the point.

AITA for taking an hour to tell him all this like going in repeat and details like a maniac .. ? I mean its old we all grew up ..

AITA for spending an hour telling my boyfriend about something his female best friend did to me 8 years ago?

My boyfriend's best friend is a girl that made me go through hell 8 years ago. We weren't dating back then, he barely knew the details, and he actually defended me when the drama was affecting him.

Senior year, I switched schools and made new friends who were connected to three girls. One accused me of chasing her boyfriend (a classmate, we barely spoke, and he was the one who initiated conversations. He was also friends with some of my friends, so there was occasional interaction, but I had absolutely no interest in him.). Another hated me because I liked her ex — true, I did, and he's my boyfriend now. The third girl is the one who's now his best friend. She was in on the group calling me a "hoe," spreading rumors like veey bad ones, the whole thing. People would screenshot it and send it to me. I cried coming home that whole year. It was bad.

I never asked my boyfriend to drop her. I even agreed to hang out with her for his sake.

TU Darmstadt Entrance Exam — non-EU applicants

Hey was invited to TU Darmstadt's on-site Entrance Exam (Master's, Informatik) after document review came back inconclusive, despite submitting a full application.

So its :

- Sept 1, 2026, in-person only, no remote option

Context : I'm based in Tunisia and not eligible for the GRE exemption as i never passed it .. — a Schengen visa here realistically takes weeks, and summer appointment slots are scarce. Email says no exceptions, no alternate dates.

Anyone dealt with this from a non-EU country? thank yoy
