Red Fail Light and now 5 day wait???
So I woke up this morning to my exterior cameras being offline, went downstairs to hopefully reboot and I find a red fail light on my ONT with a flashing POTS light. That’s a new one, try rebooting a couple times, nothing. Get on the app to talk to someone and I am told the soonest someone can come look at it is on Thursday… 5 days away. Is that normal? All the rep did was try to upsell me on Verizon service and scheduled the appointment. Seems like a long time to wait. Perhaps time to drop Frontier.
