Hi everyone,

I’m currently trying to migrate a Basecamp project to ClickUp, but I noticed that ClickUp isn’t importing all of the To-Dos from Basecamp.

Some To-Dos are imported successfully, but others are missing even though they’re in the same Basecamp project/list.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there a limitation with the Basecamp import, or is there something I need to configure in Basecamp or ClickUp to make sure all To-Dos are imported?

Any advice or workaround would be appreciated. Thanks!

I’m looking to set up the following lead assignment process:

A lead submits a form.

The lead is initially assigned to an owner based on a hidden field in the form.

The assigned owner has 30 minutes to contact the lead.

If the lead has not been contacted after 30 minutes, the lead is automatically reassigned to another owner.

This repeats until:

The lead is contacted, or

All 9 owners in the pool have had a chance to contact the lead.

Once an owner has been assigned the lead, that owner should be removed from the pool for that specific lead so they cannot receive the same lead again during the reassignment cycle.

Ideally, the reassignment should continue randomly or in a round-robin fashion among the remaining owners.

Question: Can this entire process be built natively in HubSpot, without using external tools such as Zapier, Make, or custom code?

I know I can use rotate owner to record but I can't seem to find a way to prevent a lead fro being reassigned to the same owner more than once in the sequence.

I’d appreciate any guidance on how you would structure the workflows/automation to achieve this.

Best free way to migrate/export a website created with GHL AI Studio?

Hi everyone,

I recently built a website using GoHighLevel AI Studio, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to migrate it outside of GHL without paying for a third-party exporter.

My goal is to:

Export/download the AI Studio website files

Host it somewhere like Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Pages

Keep the design, animations, images, CSS, JS, etc.

Ideally keep it as close as possible to the original AI Studio version

Do this completely free, if possible

I know GHL doesn't currently provide a straightforward official export option for AI Studio sites, and I've seen tools like VibeEscape and ExportGHL mentioned, but I'm specifically looking for a free/open-source method.

I've also seen a GitHub project called ghl-vibe-downloader mentioned recently, which apparently can export the AI Studio project source. Has anyone here actually used it successfully for a full website migration?

What's the best free workflow you've found?

For example:

GHL AI Studio → export source → GitHub → Vercel/Netlify/Cloudflare

If you've done this successfully, I'd really appreciate the exact steps or any gotchas I should be aware of.

Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I'm running into an issue with the GoHighLevel Affiliate Portal and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.

Every new affiliate invitation reaches the **Set Password** page successfully, but after entering a valid password and clicking **Set Password**, it immediately returns:

>

The password meets all the stated requirements:

* 8+ characters
* Uppercase and lowercase letters
* Number
* Special character

I've already tried:

* Different passwords
* Incognito mode
* Different browsers
* Different devices
* Recreating the issue with multiple affiliate accounts

The result is the same every time, and it appears to affect **all affiliate sign-ups**, not just a single user.

I'm wondering if this is:

* A known GHL bug
* An issue with the Affiliate Portal configuration
* A problem with the invitation/password setup token

Has anyone encountered this recently? If so, were you able to resolve it, or did it require GHL Support to fix something on their end?

Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi everyone!

I was a regular government employee and resigned in April 2026 to work as an independent contractor. I want to file my taxes as an IC to avoid penalties and hassle. What would be my best approach moving forward?

If anyone has gone through the same transition, I’d really appreciate any tips or advice. Thanks!
