What NDE Taught Me About The Mandela Effect

I've learned so much about the Mandela Effect since I began researching near-death experiences (NDEs). Some people who have had NDEs talk about the Mandela Effect and what they learned on the other side. What I hear over and over again is: "Time does not exist," "Time is an illusion created by the brain," "I experienced years in minutes," and so on.

Since I strongly believe the Mandela Effect is capable of changing what we perceive as reality, I'm also fascinated when NDErs talk about reality shifts and our perception of what is real.

These things are hard for the average person to accept because you have to walk before you can run. But after watching nearly 100 videos of people who have died and come back, and reading many books about NDEs, I am convinced that all these people, who never met one another, are essentially telling the same truth.

  1. God/Creator/Source is behind the Mandela Effect. I am 1,000% certain of this.
  2. You will never understand why the Mandela Effect is happening if you don't understand the true nature of Spirit and why you are here. Spoiler alert: It's to learn, grow, and EVOLVE your spirit.
  3. The human body is a buffer that firmly keeps us in the third dimension. The fourth dimension (the astral plane) is where your spirit first goes immediately after death, followed by the fifth dimension (the spiritual realm/afterlife/heaven).
  4. The spiritual realm is where all knowledge is learned, including how time works. Some NDErs who have crossed over have said that the Mandela Effect is the result of the collective consciousness tapping into other dimensions—that "The Effected are remembering things that happened in other dimensions and timelines."
  5. Perhaps the most consistent experience NDErs report is the "life review." This is when your entire life is shown to you in what is described as an interactive experience. Not only are you shown your mistakes, but you can also feel how they impacted other people by branching off into their lives through this interactive experience. I would say that 95% of NDErs have claimed to experience this.

What does this have to do with the Mandela Effect?

These "life reviews" in the fifth dimension take place over the entire span of a person's life. This is something that would take 20–70 years on Earth (the third dimension), but for them, time did not exist in the fifth dimension. All time (past, present, future was happing concurrently). Dr Jeffery Long (NY Times Best Seller - Evidence of the Afterlife) investigated nearly one thousand NDEs and this was the most consistent claim.

One of the biggest common denominators with the Mandela Effect is time shifts.

How could the people who thought Nelson Mandela died in prison not notice that he was talked about on the news and was President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999? Time shift.

How can someone think Froot Loops just changed from "Fruit Loops" back to "Froot Loops" when it's been that way for me for 10 years? Time shift.

If time itself is just a parlor trick caused by the restraints of the human body and this dimension, then what NDErs are telling us is that these time shifts are a part of the way things really work. Some of us are just able to perceive them, while others do not.

The Hidden Meaning That Mandela Effect Flip Flops Reveal

"Flip-flops" are a subsection of the Mandela Effect in which a change that some people remember is later validated when that change reverts to the way they originally remembered it.

"Flip-flops" are very important because they seemingly validate that what a person remembered prior to the change was not a "false memory," "confabulation," or a byproduct of "social media" influence. They also reveal a lot about how the Mandela Effect works and how things really are.

The first time I experienced a "Flip-flop," I was sure that all the doubters of the Mandela Effect would have to admit they had gotten it wrong.

I mean, all the real-world evidence now showed that what people remembered was correct, and we could finally focus on why and how this change happened.

But I was absolutely shocked to discover that not only did things return to the way I remembered them, but something else happened, something that I believe, reveals a hidden meaning about the true nature of the Mandela Effect.

No, the deniers didn’t apologize for getting it wrong. The opposition seemingly disappeared, and so did all evidence of discussions on the topic. This happened in real time, instantly not over a period of time.

This caused more confusion, not less. As people went online to reveal the "Flip-flop," the deniers now said things like, "It was like that all along," or "It never changed."

What?!

It’s easy to get caught up in a brand-new back-and-forth argument about product names, but what most people fail to see is The Blueprint, the Architect, and the Plan.

To keep this short, I’ll just cover these briefly.

It may appear that the Mandela Effect is only changing logos, names, movies, music, geography, history, the Bible, art, science, etc., but I believe that is not the endgame. Nothing is off limits and the purpose is to reveal these three things.

The Blueprint - Small but conspicuous, incremental changes to reality over time. At one time, people faced social shunning and professional backlash for believing in evolution.

The Plan - Evolve reality. The nature of this kind of change keeps it hidden. Human senses did not evolve to detect changes to reality, but small mutations over time always exist. This may be why some people now have clear memories while others have no memory of the previous version.

The Architect - Evolution needs no architect (no clockmaker). The natural mechanisms driving the Mandela Effect have yet to be revealed, but they could potentially involve scientific advancements or technologies such as the Large Hadron Collider (LHC).

That said, I believe these changes (evolution of reality) will ultimately lead us toward a deeper understanding of how reality truly works and, in doing so, bring us closer to Source/God.

The Silence of the Lambs Arrow vs Criterion

Finally picked up Arrow's The Silence of the Lambs. Looking forward to comparing it with my Criterion Blu-ray. I've heard both are better than the Kino 4K release. For those who've seen them, what's been your experience?

Update: I rewatched parts of my Criterion Blu-ray, and I still don't like the film presentation. This restoration has far too much grain for a film released in 1991. Arrow's 4K release still preserves the film's grain structure, but it's nowhere near as excessive. There's still plenty of grain—even in daytime scenes—but it's far less than the Criterion Blu-ray.

One other thing: the Arrow release includes in the special features a low-resolution version of the movie (probably DVD quality) with a hardcoded pop-up trivia track and interviews. Surprisingly, I find that low-res, lower-compression presentation more watchable than the Criterion Blu-ray.

This Week's 4K Pickups

Finally upgraded Interstellar and Inception to 4K. Glad I found Poltergeist II and Cloud Atlas with slipcovers. Poltergeist and Alien: Romulus look amazing.

Amazon 50% off Criterion Collection Cheaper than UV

The US Amazon site has 50% off Criterion Collection 4K and Blu-rays which even with the exchange rate & international shipping may be a bit cheaper than Unobstructed View's 40% off (plus taxes and shipping). Amazon may also have titles not available at UV.

Let me add that while you are there you might want to sign up for a free trial to Amazon Prime and grab some Prime Day deals while they last. It doesn't include free shipping to Canada but you get the sick prices.

FINAL UPDATE

Right Amazon US is now offering an additional Prime discount with their 50% off on Criterion.

Garry Marshall All-Star Romcoms and More

Picked up Garry Marshall all-star romcoms Valentine's Day (2010), and New Year's Eve (2011) as well as favs He's Just Not That Into You (2009) and underrated action-comedy Killers all used for around $4.99 each. I think Valentine's Day is OOP.

Eraser 4K Great Transfer & Sound, Surprised by Special Features

I recently picked up Eraser on 4K UHD and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the transfer. As one of my favorite Arnold Schwarzenegger films, I'm very familiar with both the picture and audio quality from the Blu-ray edition, and this new release is a noticeable upgrade.

While I'm not an audio expert, I found the Dolby Atmos track to be a welcome addition. For purists, the original theatrical audio track is also included, which is nice to have as an option.

Another pleasant surprise was the inclusion of two new special features with brand new interviews with director Chuck Russell, Vanessa Williams, and the film's producer. My only complaint is that they're very short, running only about 6 and 8 minutes each. I would have loved more in-depth discussions.

I picked up my copy at Walmart for around $27 CAD, which is an excellent price here in Canada. It also came with a slipcover, something that's becoming increasingly rare these days.

Overall, I highly recommend this release to fans of the film and collectors looking for a solid 4K upgrade.

Had to Add it to the Collection!

So happy Amazon restocked the Tombstone steelbook! I finally watched Tombstone 33 years after its release and absolutely loved it. The film was fantastic, and the steelbook artwork is incredible. It wasn’t cheap, but it was one of those movies I just had to add to the collection.

Should Actress Riley Keough Play Her Mother in Michael 2?

"My whole childhood was probably very extreme. In hindsight, I can see how crazy these things would be to somebody from the outside. But when you’re living in them, it’s just your life and your family. You just remember the love, and I had real love for Michael," Riley said of Michael Jackson.

Masters of the Universe Getting Limited Release?

Amazon has dropped the ball yet again. They clearly don’t understand the theatrical distribution business and would have been better off partnering with a studio that does.

Good luck finding this movie in theaters, let alone on a premium screen. My local Cineplex isn’t even showing it on Thursday, which is a first for a major release. On Friday, it’s been relegated to a small VIP Full Recliner auditorium with just three showtimes for the entire day.

That means I have to drive out of my way just to see the movie. I wouldn't mind making the extra trip for a premium format, but having to do it simply to watch it on a standard screen is frustrating.

The rollout in Ontario is really disappointing. From what I've read, only two theaters in the entire province are getting IMAX screenings. Just two.

This is why the movie is tracking for a domestic (US & Canada) opening weekend between $25 million and $35 million when it should be triple that amount.

In France, Amazon is skipping a theatrical release entirely and debuting the film directly on Prime Video.

And if you think that’s bad, the upcoming live-action Voltron movie is getting no theatrical release at all. WTF Amazon. Rant over.
